Next week I expect it to be shit again. Seems you have to yell at someone weekly to get what you pay for.

And it will be ok for a short while, then revert again. Tired of substandard product at high prices. I've contacted other companies..done with this

I've never once tried to price out other companies WHY? My kids, and other close relatives constantly are jumping for one company to another and constantly complain about service prices etc etc when they leave. I've never had an issue with Sasktel that caused me reason to leave. Customer service still counts as first priority for many people.
