Kim Schmidt (@sneakyfox) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan@MarkPoppen @cdnjay @SaskTel there's a dozen at least all getting stuck yesterday & today. Some couldn't even get out or work because of the snow. It's not just a today issue. These vans are an issue ALL winter long. The people making the decisions aren't the ones driving them, obviously.
-
Rick Armstrong (@Nikarax) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan@EdgeFest @wynswld @SaskTel @SentinelSK @UniforTheUnion Also doesn't help the fact that a great deal of them aren't even employees of a Crown corporation. Many are hired professional protesters.

Just Jan (@JaniceOwen) reported from Warman, SaskatchewanOn hold with @SaskTelSupport AGAIN. My "fibreoptic" #Infinite300 internet died today in the middle of my #Engineering student's lecture. Took a reboot x2 to get it to kick back in. @SaskTel you are THIS CLOSE to losing a customer again. π‘π‘π‘ #NOThappy
Sasktel Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Just call me....Duff (@jim_duffus) reported@ExnerPirot I'll fill you on this Heather. I've been a Sasktel customer for my Home, Business, internet and cell phone FOREVER. I've never once tried to price out other companies WHY? My kids, and other close relatives constantly are jumping for one company to another and constantly complain about service prices etc etc when they leave. I've never had an issue with Sasktel that caused me reason to leave. Customer service still counts as first priority for many people.
-
Gord Radcliffe (@SimonKaos) reported@SaskTelSupport You ought to be f&$kin embarrassed. No service for 22 hrs now?! This is not some cut line bs, this is a software issue! Think about it. YouTube still works but nothing else?!? They crashed all DNS data. Sasktel caused this, not something outside.
-
βπππππ π¦ΈββοΈ πππ₯π₯ππ (@HiddenKitteh) reportedWill the Sasktel saga never end? 2 months now, no home internet. Neighbour has been in her home a week and today Sasktel is parking in MY driveway to install her internet.... *sigh*. It's ok, I really didn't want to leave the house to get stuff done today anyway....
-
The mad gorilla (@Themaddgorilla) reported@SaskTel you should pay me to use your ****** internet service
-
J Lamontagne (@JLamontagne9) reported@sarc_sk Your commercial about disability at SaskTel is awful. Why not show persons with disability in positions commensurate with their education etc. I have a Masters degree, I donβt work in a mail room.
-
Trent Klarenbach (@TrentKlarenbach) reported@bgdoane @SaskTel Bandwidth was a problem when I was in the patch, but I haven't been in the field for 15-20 years.
-
Jason Usher (@jayusher67) reported@SaskTel @bgdoane Sasktel can't fix anything
-
M πΊπ¦ (@habpipes) reported from Regina, SaskatchewanDid they sell the Sasktel phone lists to con artists to pay down some of the debt?
-
John Coleman (@JohnColeman1970) reported@alexmarz @SaskTel @Telesat That's what I expect from someone living in a city who is not using Rural internet Providers! As an IT & Cybersecurity Company that supports travel and works across Canada there is nothing as easy and that works as well as Starlink. From Africa to Canada! There are ways to secure data beyond your ISP, if people are not using that they should be. Telesat has been promising their solution for 5 years now, 4 Billion in Taxpayers money and still no testing. Amazon Leo is testing but is also US based.

Glenn Murray (@reverandglenn) reportedSo, it seems that my internet in Warman is incredibly slow and my Sasktel Max is OUT. Any word on estimated time of repair?
