    @DaleBurnay It’s not just SaskPower. We got an email from SaskTel informing us that to keep our SaskTel email, we will have to start paying for it. Nominal price, but considering there are so many free email services, why does SaskTel need to charge for it? Is SaskTel in trouble, too?

    @Sasky21 @jackandkatesdad @tammyrobert SaskTel would almost be easier, so many rural customers hate them already. Poor cell coverage, terrible internet speeds. It would be 100% without them, but a lot of people don't see it that way.

    It notes SaskTel and MTS, but the version of competition it advocates is always private sector, not public sector. On top of that, it offers opening the telecom market to foreign companies as a solution, something we should avoid.

    First the bus, then the liquor stores. What's next? SaskTel? (already heavily privatized), SaskEnergy? SaskPower? SGI? The recent steep rise in SaskEnergy rates is perhaps a clue. We'll never get back what we're losing. #skpoli

    @huddy306 @JamesBicycle Bought by Rogers in 2004. About the time I was looking for a carrier. I wasn't impressed. Sasktel has been pretty decent, except for the weird 3G 4G transition. Some places I got no signal even right under the tower practically. Had to get a newer phone, again.

    It appears if you want to start a business in Saskatchewan, there are essentially two steps. 1) Determine what your product or service is. 2) Name your business by putting “Sask” in front of the product or service you are selling. Ex. SaskTel, SaskMilk, SaskJobs, SaskEnergy

    @ctvregina @LauriePalmer3 Switch to Access Communications, they don’t charge for email addresses. They give far better service than SaskTel & don’t charge for every little thing.

    @LeilaWhite @EternalBlueSix @SaskTel What's better: The service and products. Why would I switch: I was getting terrible service, lacking products I wanted, and paying too much. Aren't SaskTel's rates the least expensive: No. At the time, I was paying about $67/mo less for three plans with Telus than with SaskTel.
