@SaskTel @englebertbart When are we getting updated carrier settings so that we can connect to an out-of-province 5G network? Why is SaskTel suppressing this

@MobileSyrup Because too many people trust Sasktel here. The monopoly they have is stupid. Glad I'm not with them anymore

I am ready to upgrade my phone, and if I don't see better pricing from you people, I am ready to change from Koodo to @SaskTel I can't just phone you because your lousy customer service doesn't allow me to call you up anymore. You force me to book a callback appointment😡

@JaniceOwen @mandeeinthe306 @SaskTelSupport Hi Jan, if your experiences is similar with 2 different providers. (SaskTel, Access) the issue would point to something environmental. Are you in an apartment/condo area ? Your screen shots seem to be done with a mobile device.which would indicate a possible wifi issue.

@steve_boots @SaskTel SaskTel's service is great when it works, but I've *never* had a good experience getting something fixed with them, it's always a combination of incompetence and getting passed around. Conversely, you know who repeatedly went above and beyond to fix things for me? @MyAccessCA

@SaskTel As far as the 20km south of Macklin it shows 3bars of 4g untill you make a call and hit send. Then it switches to 1 bar of 3g . If your pocket to be on a hill you may get a broken conversation or you keep driving untill it starts to ring.
