@Omphalo77707274 @CBCNews I live in Saskatchewan and have my phone service through SaskTel. I don't know what competition is like elsewhere but having SaskTel as a regional competitor had helped.

@SaskTel do you not know the time change is coming? Or that Saskatchewan doesn't change? Every 6 months you are surprised and take many hours to reset your network time. How many people were disrupted this morning bc of wrong alarm times?

@TerryMassey @charlieclarkyxe @SaskRushLAX I don't know if it's premature. The issue is going in front of committee this morning, and Davies, a board member of SaskTel Centre and councillor made comment. Hopefully we'll get more info from this morning's meeting!

@PierrePoilievre I was a Sprint Canada customer, but they were bought out by Rogers. Price went up, services went down. Customer service was appalling. Could not get away fast enough. Zero desire to repeat that experience with a Shaw buyout. If that happens maybe SaskTel gets me back.

If the Shawgers merger ultimately gets approved, I could see Bell buying SaskTel. They successfully bought and assimilated MTS and SaskTel has a robust customer base and excellent market share. #cdnpoli #cdnecon #Shaw

Sasktel wants the #CRTC to: -"block the “bad” destination domains or IP addresses. -No disclosure to customers, cites "national security" -Unsure how to address false-positives -Forced blocking w/ no choice.
