    @fanCRTCProfling Some of that will be remote locations. Land costs should actually be lower than average because the towers are going up on cheap or free land. (ie. White Fox tower went up on Sasktel's lot it already owned for the service shed) So that makes it even more suspect.

    Question for @SaskTel and @SamsungCanada, we've been visiting the same part of Meadow Lake Provincial Park for over 20 years. Why did we only have 1 bar of poor cell service in 2004 and by 2026 it hasn't got any better. Why has your technology not improved?

    @SassBot69 @RomeTimed @theJagmeetSingh Yeah. However, it wasn't just SaskTel and MTS that offered those prices. Rogers, Bell, and Telus matched. So that leaves 2 possibilities. Either they lost money on providing service there for that price (gouging the rest of us to make up for it) or it was still profitable.

    @SaskTel who are you going to rip off this month? That's right! Every single customer of yours. @PremierScottMoe it's time to fire the leadership @sasktel and force them to bring rates down.

    @BShane555 @NoGunsInCanada The only thing stopping Moe from selling off Sasktel (one of the very few remaining crown corporations), is that no one wants to by a phone company with less than a million subscribers in a service area covering 650,000 sq km.

    And I did contact SaskTel support - they were not aware of any recent issues. Family members are receiving phishing emails this eeek.

    @ExnerPirot @JeffCallaway Sasktel is a terrible example. A government monopoly more wasteful and less accountable than a private regulated option.
