@harrbca @SaskTel We've been with @MyAccessCA for forever and had some trouble here and there on an account level but their service has been stable. Too bad it's only 25/3. In this day and age, 3mb up is pretty marginal. The price is also pretty ridiculous.

@SaskTel @JaneLKG Are they coming to RM of Edenwald. Explorer net is slow

  • danisdriven Dan (@danisdriven) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan

@RealTenille @SaskTel Yup! They 'care' in words but not in actual action. I called in about our business account as our gym closed more than a month ago. The rep basically laughed at me when I asked for some financial help of a deferral during these times.

  • jonathanwhudson (Jon)ny Foozball (@jonathanwhudson) reported from Wheatland County, Alberta

@JaniceOwen @ZiadFazel @SaskTel Yep. And SaskTel should figure out which is the issue. As a tech person knowing if it's wifi versus the router to outside house connection would let me relocate wifi. (I'd buy long Ethernet cable to that reaches somewhere else.) You shouldn't need to hard wire everything.

  • C_RORRIS Chad Ror (@C_RORRIS) reported from Weyburn, Saskatchewan

Not sure why I even have a password on my wifi. It’s so ******* consistently terrible that nobody in their right mind would try to steal it anyways #Sasktel #FirstWorldProblems

@SaskTelSupport so why am I getting error 4-44-821 when I try to change to channel 4 on my Sasktel max steaming to watch telemiracle. I am very disappointed in this service so far.

  • newagerogie Dallas Rogal (@newagerogie) reported from Weyburn, Saskatchewan

@SaskTelSupport My Sasktel max is out. Stuck in starting service

  • jonathanwhudson (Jon)ny Foozball (@jonathanwhudson) reported from Wheatland County, Alberta

@ZiadFazel @JaniceOwen @SaskTel Using a Ethernet cable for one speed test is a good idea. Let's you figure out if issue is the actual Internet service or your wifi.

  • Safimod Stephen S (@Safimod) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan
