Just a small rant. My cell bill is $120 a month plus wifi is $80 a month @Sasktel you are a rip off. My power bill to run everything in my house is $200 a month @SaskPower not too bad I can live with that. It’s just a phone ready to give it up.

@DaytonRobblee @RogersHelps Rogers has approximately 10 times the customer base of SaskTel, not including flanker brands and other providers using the networks. Bandwidth is finite. The more people using data, the more that bandwidth needs to be shared

@SaskTel you think charging 42.5% interest per year on late payment charges during a pandemic with be a little extreme for even the worst of companies. Remind you of anyone? #PayLessLoans

I am ready to upgrade my phone, and if I don't see better pricing from you people, I am ready to change from Koodo to @SaskTel I can't just phone you because your lousy customer service doesn't allow me to call you up anymore. You force me to book a callback appointment😡

@YellowPudding @SaskTel The issue isn't just the wifi. It's that they promised to fix it, and when it was difficult, they decided not to. It's about an uncaring customer service department more willing to make it someone else's problem than to fix the problem.

@SaskTelSupport FYI even your people have trouble loading a simple page in your own Sasktel stores pretty sad 😢 future is not Sasktel. Do your thing Moe sell these clowns to cover some more debt

@SaskTel So when will sasktel play nice with tellus. Out town is 2km from the ab border. 90%of the time we can't get 1mb download datta or make a call. 4g 3g doesn't matter.. super fusturating that I can drive 25km and not be able to make a phone call with 3 bars of service.

our internet is always slow.. 😭 come on! Sasktel..

  • YellowPudding YellowPudding (@YellowPudding) reported

@steve_boots @SaskTel WiFi is included, but the connection up to your modem is all you pay for with any ISP. Get a wired connection or a mesh system to connect to your modem. Or if you want WiFi that IS supported by Sasktel, they have a service called Optimum WiFi which sounds like what you want.

@SaskTel @nhl I have purchased the nhl network so I could watch all the games why are there still blackouts on games #iwantmymoneyback

  • steve_boots Steve Boots (@steve_boots) reported

@YellowPudding @SaskTel This goes way beyond just bad wifi. This is terrible customer service day in, day out for months. This stopped being about wifi about six months ago, and became about how terribly they have handled my file. I know how ISPs work, but cs reps have made countless broken promises
