Just a small rant. My cell bill is $120 a month plus wifi is $80 a month @Sasktel you are a rip off. My power bill to run everything in my house is $200 a month @SaskPower not too bad I can live with that. It’s just a phone ready to give it up.

@LHubich @schmidttra That sounds suspiciously like "no private company will provide internet service to rural Saskatchewan". Remember that line from the 2017 SaskTel strike? But y'know the funny thing about that? SaskTel provides NO service outside of towns less than 1K pop. All private corps.

  • cstewartyqr Colin Stewart (@cstewartyqr) reported

@IaMGrumpa @LHubich @schmidttra I did spot check, and noticed that two towns I'm familiar with that are small (Vanscoy is abt 400, Maryfield 300), SaskTel offers service. However, there are countless other towns (Fleming, for instance), where SaskTel doesn't offer service.

How about you treat your customers well and send someone out who knows what they're doing? This has happened multiple times over the last few years with them. Maybe time to switch to @SaskTel

  • hotboy85858 Emmanuel K. Sindani (@hotboy85858) reported

    - During the post-pandemic, there's just something about the way @MyAccessCA delivers service to their customers that is better, compared to @SaskTel's customer service, and that is the difference between Getting Better and Growing Better. Progress over Providence.

  • czemeres Shannon Czemeres (@czemeres) reported

Hi @elonmusk can you get my family a Star link for free to test in rural Saskatchewan. Once we show it’s better than Sasktel everyone will buy your product! As fusion internet is crap and we can’t even watch Luca on Disney+ without it buffering every 30 seconds! Please help us!!

  • Grnty Grant (@Grnty) reported

@SaskTelSupport Give you a call? Why? There was 17 people sitting talking about the horrible coverage, all 17 on Sasktel. Seems odd how there was no issues when Sasktel offered free wifi in the beginning of the pandemic.

  • bob_reyn bob reynolds (@bob_reyn) reported

  • DonSather2 DJ Slats (@DonSather2) reported

@SaskTel , the service at Candle Lake sucks. We actually paid to have more of your services brought here and it's worse. Upgrade your services out here

  • Aguy95270832 Aguy (@Aguy95270832) reported

@SaskTel **** you and your pathetic mobile service. 100 a month and 18 minutes of buffering for a 45 second video? DM me asap. Better yet how about 24 hour customer service ********
