@caiobchi @cmaconthehill @CityNewsKIT Videotron competition lowered prices in Quebec. Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

@koster_alex @SaskTelSupport I say this as someone who knows SaskTel has looked into this at the highest level and found nothing wrong on their side. There's nothing they can do on their end about this besides asking other ISPs to fix their **** which still is up for them to do, not sasktel

@SaskTel has a system error over charging customers and they want u to pay the over charge and credit it next month... brutal service when customers are paying your errors and I can't cancel my account without a fee either... awful

@cllrainslie @evdelen How does @Sasktel manage? Saskatchewan’s population is like half of Toronto’s and yet they have a province wide service that is downright affordable.

@SaskTel I called. It was a waste of my time as there is NO complaint department for sasktel… interesting I guess it would be overloaded! Clearwater Lake Regional Park, Located on highway 342 in SK needs a cell tower- there is no service. It is ridiculous!

@koster_alex @SaskTelSupport would you ask the province of Saskatchewan's minister of highways to get maintenance done on roads in California? is that his responsibility? No, not really. Same thing with ISP networks. Sasktel has a very small footprint on the internet as a whole. Call twitch support

Being told the wait for @SaskTel support is five minutes, then listening for ONE HOUR to the relentless cycle of their tranquil reassurances is too much to take. MySasktel app can't handle the issue 🙄, and yes I hung up to restore my sanity. 🤪 #skpoli

@Insomnamarth @SaskTelSupport Poor analogy. It is yet in Sasktel’s interest and responsibility for its customers to receive the service they paid for. On good news today the upload speeds were great!
