Jeff 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 5x Vaxxed (3 Pf,2Mod) (@penseur_logique) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@caiobchi @cmaconthehill @CityNewsKIT Videotron competition lowered prices in Quebec. Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

Telus Smart Hub bounces between Telus and Sasktel tower. Result: deactivation of hub. Xplornet is full Starlink is $ (already have at home) options?

Paris Marx (@parismarx) reportedIt notes SaskTel and MTS, but the version of competition it advocates is always private sector, not public sector. On top of that, it offers opening the telecom market to foreign companies as a solution, something we should avoid.

Sharon 🇨🇦 (@SharonWillow54) reported@habpipes Sasktel. HUGE. Big 30 years ago. Crazy today. Low bid wins. Screws up, higher bid, more experienced company fixes problems. At 2 1/2 times the original fee. Those second homes for contractors in Mexico don’t buy themselves, Sasktel does.
