  • penseur_logique Jeff 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 5x Vaxxed (3 Pf,2Mod) (@penseur_logique) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@caiobchi @cmaconthehill @CityNewsKIT Videotron competition lowered prices in Quebec. Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

Anyone else having an issue with Sasktel email this morning?

  • SassySaskMama e i l h s a🌾 (@SassySaskMama) reported

Dear @SaskTel You really need to fix the cell service issue at Kenosee Lake/Moose Mountain Provincial Park. Signed, A woman who's paying a cell phone bill for absolute **** cell service 🙄

  • Grnty Grant (@Grnty) reported

@SaskTelSupport Give you a call? Why? There was 17 people sitting talking about the horrible coverage, all 17 on Sasktel. Seems odd how there was no issues when Sasktel offered free wifi in the beginning of the pandemic.

  • cstewartyqr Colin Stewart (@cstewartyqr) reported

@LHubich @IaMGrumpa @schmidttra Talking about yourself again, Larry? I'm not perfect, yes, sometimes I'm wrong (there are towns under 1,000 that SaskTel offers service). But it's also true that if you are a mile out of those towns, there's no service.

  • DaleBurnay Fifelake (@DaleBurnay) reported

@eljmagee Just received a message from Sasktel Support, there is an issue with their email.

  • bob_reyn bob reynolds (@bob_reyn) reported

@SaskTel I tried the "DM" which I assume is " phone the max support line" but of course I was on hold for so long I hung up

  • justmefyvie Fyvie (@justmefyvie) reported

@lumin8 Geez, all I got today was a message from SaskTel advising me they are going to begin charging more for internet and mobile telephone service.

  • cstewartyqr Colin Stewart (@cstewartyqr) reported

@LHubich @schmidttra That sounds suspiciously like "no private company will provide internet service to rural Saskatchewan". Remember that line from the 2017 SaskTel strike? But y'know the funny thing about that? SaskTel provides NO service outside of towns less than 1K pop. All private corps.

  • hotboy85858 Emmanuel K. Sindani (@hotboy85858) reported

    - During the post-pandemic, there's just something about the way @MyAccessCA delivers service to their customers that is better, compared to @SaskTel's customer service, and that is the difference between Getting Better and Growing Better. Progress over Providence.
