  • penseur_logique Jeff 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 5x Vaxxed (3 Pf,2Mod) (@penseur_logique) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@caiobchi @cmaconthehill @CityNewsKIT Videotron competition lowered prices in Quebec. Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

@PaulMasiowski @hinz_tamara @SaskTel It never resolves, it's as if you are in a constant anxiety loop.

  • JamesHT James Hastings-Trew (@JamesHT) reported

@PierrePoilievre I was a Sprint Canada customer, but they were bought out by Rogers. Price went up, services went down. Customer service was appalling. Could not get away fast enough. Zero desire to repeat that experience with a Shaw buyout. If that happens maybe SaskTel gets me back.

  • eh_papoose Shay P (@eh_papoose) reported

@SaskTel I've tried signing up dozens of times over the years. Still can't use this service.

  • StandingTheGaff Pandemic Pogey (@StandingTheGaff) reported

In 1947, the CCF government in Saskatchewan looked at Bell Telephone's monopoly and said "what we need is more competition." And that's how SaskTel never came to be.

  • rgstone1 Rob Stone (@rgstone1) reported

@97Dougan @SaskTel They hack some info somewhere? Never seen them really before

  • RogerGaming A. 'Roger' Raja (@RogerGaming) reported

@BigfryTV @SaskTel Do they offer a business package? Usually the SLAs on business lines has to guarantee you a resolution or update within 24 hours. I've have standard before and the response time is abysmal. I can't wait for Starlink to be a viable option one day...

  • SaskTelSupport SaskTel Support (@SaskTelSupport) reported

8:19AM: There is currently an outage affecting the support number at 1-800-SASKTEL (1-800-727-5835). We are working to fix this as quickly as possible and will update this post when more information is available. #skoutage

  • JamesHT James Hastings-Trew (@JamesHT) reported

@Quea_Ali @RyanGrieveAB Frack it, they're going to make me become a SaskTel customer again, aren't they...

  • LHubich Larry Hubich (@LHubich) reported

@RHCarpentier Yep, the company was established in 2008 (a year after the Sask Party was elected). SaskTel has been doing this kind of work for over 100 years with home grown workers. There was never any need to contract it out..... except to try and punish current workers. a.k.a. union bust.

  • BigfryTV Bigfry🍟 (@BigfryTV) reported

Internet update. Tech didn't make it today. Gonna be tomorrow now. So. I guess I'll go **** myself @SaskTel GET YOUR **** TOGETHER! We can put a robot on Mars, but I can't watch a YouTube video at 360P without buffering. Come on
