@caiobchi @cmaconthehill @CityNewsKIT Videotron competition lowered prices in Quebec. Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

1/2 - SaskTel refusing to do service calls or installations at a house where dogs aren't chained up us news to me. I told the tech I had dogs, then he said he wouldn't come unless they were chained outside. I asked the tech what I was supposed to do if my dog was a service dog;

Keep your eyes on your prepaid accounts #SaskTel customers. They screwed us outta 18 dollars of long distance minutes for a local call my wife made about six blocks away. Called them they said it is what it is???? Horrible support.
