  @caiobchi @cmaconthehill @CityNewsKIT Videotron competition lowered prices in Quebec. Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

  I've had more spam texts , phishing bullshit, scam phone calls in addition to crap internet service and dropped calls in the near 2 months I've been with Sasktel than the last 12 years combined while I was w Bell ... Get your **** together ffs

  On March 25, 2026 - Crews will be completing scheduled maintenance on the satellite network that supports SaskTel Landline Phone services (Home Phone and Business Phone) in Kinoosao. The outage is expected to last approximately 8 hours. The exact timing of the service interruption cannot be confirmed in advance. During the outage, residents who require emergency assistance should physically contact another person for help or visit your nearest health clinic or RCMP detachment. SaskTel apologizes for any inconvenience this service interruption may cause and thanks customers for their patience while the work is completed. #skoutage

  @ExnerPirot I'll fill you on this Heather. I've been a Sasktel customer for my Home, Business, internet and cell phone FOREVER. I've never once tried to price out other companies WHY? My kids, and other close relatives constantly are jumping for one company to another and constantly complain about service prices etc etc when they leave. I've never had an issue with Sasktel that caused me reason to leave. Customer service still counts as first priority for many people.

  @SaskTelSupport Any updates for Warman services? SaskTel is quite simply the worst internet service provider out there. At very least we should see a credit on our bill, since @SaskTel gouges customers any chance they get.

  @SaskTelSupport Wow, thanks Sasktel for providing no reason for this outage. Come on people. I'm a home-based business and I get that things happen, but this was terrible public relations.

  @SaskTelSupport FALSE! I’m in Dundonald still affected by this outage, going on almost 5 days with no services. Sasktel technical service said no ETA on fix. Told me my neighbourhood was marked fixed and no technicians available until tomorrow evening. Home business owner here pretty frustrated!

  SaskTel is also requesting the public’s assistance in reporting any information they may have on these specific acts of vandalism or any suspicious activity that they witness on SaskTel property, equipment, or infrastructure to the Saskatoon Police Service.
