Krysta Konachowicz (@HiGirlFriday) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan@SaskTel @SaskTelSupport please log that customer input on the new MaxTV set up is terrible. You are not Netflix. Who actually curates their titles and has an easy to use search function. Noone wants to go through 8 billion titles you have left forever and just made worse.
-
Alex (@alexYQR) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan@SaskTelSupport Do you have publicly available documentation or information on what “metadata” SaskTel collects in order to manage its customer infinet service?
-
M 🇺🇦 (@habpipes) reported from Regina, SaskatchewanSo happy Sasktel decided to do this infrastructure upgrade and shut down lanes downtown from Nov to Feb. Winter driving is miserable and slow enough as it is. Couldn't do it in the summer when everyone is on vacation and parking lots outnumber people.
-
jennifer L hatcher (@JenniferLh1234) reported from Regina, SaskatchewanHow come November 2021 rotten fleshed came into place. The wasted part is I had big problems and no idea how I know what death smells like but sure look it up. So what really going on is why have did I sence alot? Went clean up. Still reading. -
Mark Heise (@MarkTheBrewer) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan@QuickDickMcDick @SaskTel As someone who was responsible for those rural networks, I can tell you SaskTel invested a fortune in them. And often exec govt footed the bill to bring better service into an area. There is no way a private company would have done the same. But ya, the service still sucks.

-
Alex 🇨🇦🌾 (@alexYQR) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan@zaheedonism @SaskTel Honestly it’s hard/impossible to hit gigabit via wifi on devices not hard-wired with wireless AX. Wifi 6e might fix that this year. The 500mbit upload is incredible
-
Alex (@alexYQR) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan@SaskTel I legitimately feel terrible for your support staff right now.
-
jennifer L hatcher (@JenniferLh1234) reported from Regina, SaskatchewanIt feel like I can not say anything on the media. Community service experience alot of how I feel. It's landlord place and tenants insurance and government 775.00 a month. So hide sasktel and realize how much money.
-
jennifer L hatcher (@JenniferLh1234) reported from Regina, SaskatchewanIt's last year my 1 sin card got stolen. Then this year Bluetooth headset got stolen. So much stuff got taken from me. Problems after another. How is it fair to hide sasktel?
-
Alex (@alexYQR) reported from Regina, SaskatchewanRemember that one time when the @SaskParty tried charging everyone in the Province for a bad email service, and then decided against it ( after public outrage ), forcing @SaskTel to take blame and then hoped everyone forgot about it? That was a funny week. #skpoli
-
jennifer L hatcher (@JenniferLh1234) reported from Regina, SaskatchewanSeriously though being perniod each day. Owners of sasktel leads to the front can be shut down. Gospel spreads. Voices tell me to leave 😪. Have the med get my attention. Sky and city and technology. Property battles 1 June302021 rent receipts..
-
Greg Bamford🇺🇦 (@Drofmab) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan@cstewartyqr Yeah - my issue was twofold: - I either had to transfer my Bell contracts to SaskTel, or buy-out nearly 2 years remaining with Bell; and - Rogers’ coverage was (still is) exceptionally limited in Sask. Cities, and major highways. Not viable for my use.
-
Stephen S (@Safimod) reported from Regina, SaskatchewanIf you're having issues with @SaskTel data - switch your mobile data network from LTE/WCDMA/GSM to WCDMA/GSM They are having issues with their LTE network

Sasktel Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
🌴Sn❄wflake🎄 (@LaLaKristiansen) reportedGot an offer from @VirginPlus. It was the same offer I saw ystrday SaskTel has been offering~ That I didn't know about. V.P.'s Offering the same phones the same plan. So I tried to ask some questions of the Virgin staff but I was having phone tech issues.
-
SaskTel (@SaskTel) reported@TKeeps @JBMcAdams I am sorry to hear you're having trouble with the coverage. Borders are difficult to cover as SaskTel faces all towers inward and cannot have our cell footprint spill across the border which can cause fringe zones where boosters may be needed for less than ideal coverage
-
Rob Warkentin (@RobWarkentin) reported@jbomberag @SaskTel @davisinst I've had good luck with their support in the past as well. Because both of mine are doing the same thing and started at the same time, I'm thinking it's more of a network issue in this case.
-
Jabberwocky (@JabberwockyP) reported@SassBot69 @RomeTimed @theJagmeetSingh Yeah. However, it wasn't just SaskTel and MTS that offered those prices. Rogers, Bell, and Telus matched. So that leaves 2 possibilities. Either they lost money on providing service there for that price (gouging the rest of us to make up for it) or it was still profitable.
-
David Hamilton (@hamiltondw2) reported@bgdoane @SaskTel Put your phone back to LTE/3G. We have to and it works much better. 5G is terrible here.
-
LMAO MDG (@YVRREWatcher) reported@conorsvan1 ICBC isn’t twice as expensive as Alberta lmao, it’s usually cheaper. And SGI is the cheapest insurance in Canada. Sasktel is the best telecom company in Canada and drives down the other big 3’s prices in Saskatchewan. A public option is absolutely a good thing for esssntials.
-
SaskTel Support (@SaskTelSupport) reportedSaskTel would like to apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause for customers and thank them for their patience while we work to restore services as quickly as possible. #skoutage
-
Miss Cleo (@HillBilly_Baby) reported@SaskTel Yes, your diversity frequently shows up at my door trying to win my business in broken English. Just stop already.
-
Gord Radcliffe (@SimonKaos) reported@SaskTelSupport You ought to be f&$kin embarrassed. No service for 22 hrs now?! This is not some cut line bs, this is a software issue! Think about it. YouTube still works but nothing else?!? They crashed all DNS data. Sasktel caused this, not something outside.
-
SaskTel Support (@SaskTelSupport) reportedSaskTel technicians have been dispatched to resolve the outage, however, there currently is no estimated time of repair. #skoutage
