Hey @SaskTel? I'm sure your phone systems are smart enough to route a call even if I dialled the long distance 1 or not. Making me hang up and dial the number again seems archaic.

@mickpanko @SaskTelSupport @SaskTel I’m on Access, but I have that issue pretty often. The rebroadcast signal from TSN is choppy, while the original feed from whichever U.S. network is fine. Annoying.

@justinpitcher @Bell I absolutely agree. Sasktel has a service that's 10 down 2 up and it's $150 a month. After 200GB it's throttled to 2 down, 256k up. Or, pay $100 for 100GB and then pay $20/25GB up to 100GB then $3/GB after that. Neither of them are even useful with those limits.

@SaskTel Wanna talk a joke their cellphone service. It's ok if you don't go anywhere north of Prince Albert. North of PA and no service for 3 days.

@saskpower has been out since 3 yesterday in Beechy area. We kept our @SaskTel landlines for use in an emergency and now they are down. Not even a dial tone. For once I am thankful for @Xplornet satellite service that is actually working, or else we would be cut off. #1950sLife

@SaskPower Fort Qu'Appelle and area still have no power after almost 13 hrs. No way of contacting sasktel as you are not accepting calls for 13hrs straight now during a crisis. We were taken off the outage map. House is down to 13 degrees. Please add us back to the outage map!

@RachelNotley I have a new idea. Let’s develop a corporation, owned by the crown, which provides a service to all Albertans at a reasonable cost and earns the crown money. Also pays good wages. We can call it #abtel. Check out the success of @SaskTel

@StephenPunwasi Another reason for government to provide a service is because ‘the market’ is not competitive and never will be. E.g. the Canadian government really should renationalise SaskTel (or equivalent) and expand it across the country. Our cell phone bills would drop by $25/month.
