    So I just downloaded the sasktel max tv streaming app and I love it! Really good quality with no lag and accesss to all my max channels on my iPhone or iPad. I found tsn go video quality and sound was poor, this is 👍👍

    @SaskTel @SaskTelSupport please log that customer input on the new MaxTV set up is terrible. You are not Netflix. Who actually curates their titles and has an easy to use search function. Noone wants to go through 8 billion titles you have left forever and just made worse.

    Gotta say, was pretty disgusted with the customer service on the phone today from @SaskTel while trying to help my Dad sort out his bill. Haven’t been spoken to in that tone since I was in the principal’s office as a kid. I’ll remember that when I renew next time.

    Converted my cable to @SaskTel #MaxStream yesterday & the support from Jeff O at the Harbour Landing store was outstanding. He wanted to make sure it was up & running for me to ensure I could watch the Rider game. He even called me at home to follow up #GreatCustomerService

    @SaskTel Have had terrible service today 4 calls on hold 20 min each time and they can’t get the broken line forwarded to a cell phone and no one able to come out until 2 tomorrow afternoon. Don’t know how much this has probably cost me.

    @MMandryk The numbers fit the narrative, 5.8% over 2 vs 1.2% (SaskTel) the last 2 years OR let’s take it to 2006 just to lay it all out approx 45% vs approx 25%. In my mind the 0’s at the front are the monetary issue, the negotiation should fall between 0-2.3 in that 2nd year at least.

    And don’t give me the usual “league and team determine blackout” BS, this is failure of your tech - I’ve paid for access to my region through Sasktel, the app should be designed to recognize account/region of paying customer’s address vs. IP address.
