@Shawhelp They’re useless - I’ve been trying to get his tv fixed for six weeks and they finally sent a technician - through several calls they never said he needed a new package - I shouldn’t have to deal with them again. Ineffective and inefficient - but I guess y’all are paid by the hour

@Shawhelp When we first got a bluecurve, but it didn't seem to make a difference. We even had it replaced when there was other issues. This one we didn't reset it. It's our second router. I even put an other wifi router and we had the same issues. Maybe something in settings?

@Shawhelp Thanks. I took the 2 minutes and filled out the "channel request form". I look forward to seeing GamePlusNetwork on your fine roster of channels. It's out of my hands now. If/When it happens, I'll start a new service contract with Shaw.

@Shawhelp if you are contracting out third party companies to get your customers to sign a contract, please vet them because their CS agents are rude and also hang up in people faces mid sentence. They are tainting SHAW's reputation and make me wanna switch to @TELUS
