@Shawhelp They’re useless - I’ve been trying to get his tv fixed for six weeks and they finally sent a technician - through several calls they never said he needed a new package - I shouldn’t have to deal with them again. Ineffective and inefficient - but I guess y’all are paid by the hour

@SecBlinken On that same line, could you please ask Apple to reinstate RT and RT TV in the app store and ask @ShawInfo to stop blocking the RT channel they carried on their cable service? Thank you.

Terrible customer service @ShawInfo If your service tech doesn’t fix the problem there should be an easier way to get him to come back instead of spending an hour on the phone with you again.

@Shawhelp In Abbotsford, if we try to call my mother-in-law or she tries to call us, over 50% of the time it fails with the messaging saying the receiver does not accept blocked phone numbers. New issue as of this morning.
