    @Shawhelp They’re useless - I’ve been trying to get his tv fixed for six weeks and they finally sent a technician - through several calls they never said he needed a new package - I shouldn’t have to deal with them again. Ineffective and inefficient - but I guess y’all are paid by the hour

    @Shawhelp Shut the F$%# up... you guys haven’t answered customer calls all day and your internet service has been down for 15 hours now and over 24 for some other households. Everyone take note that this is NOT how you do customer service.
