@Shawhelp They’re useless - I’ve been trying to get his tv fixed for six weeks and they finally sent a technician - through several calls they never said he needed a new package - I shouldn’t have to deal with them again. Ineffective and inefficient - but I guess y’all are paid by the hour

Hey @Shawhelp why am I getting almost no functionality when I’m on nationwide? Supposed to have 2Gigs of full service. I’ve used .37 and nothing works (internet, messaging, email) when I’m connected to nationwide Seems that I am yet again paying for something I’m not getting

@Shawhelp As of Tuesday, I’ll be done being a Shaw customer. Over the last six months you have managed to lose a 20 year customer by not delivering the services I pay for and having zero interest in trying to make things right.
