    @Shawhelp My family has been dealing with issues from you for over 2 months, we have had 5-10 service members out to bandaid the problem. Obviously we still have issues as the problem is not being addressed. Replacing a router won’t fix a faulty underground line in our area…

    @Shawhelp There is a special event on the WWE network at 9am on this Thursday. I can't find it to PVR it and I'll be at work. Any assurance that WWE Crown Jewel 2021 will be on WWE Network in Canada at advertised time? It isn't showing in listings as of last night.

    @Shawhelp what's going on with the outage in the Lions Bay area. Our pvr box won't even power up, and the other boxes won't connect...I spoke to a tech, and he insisted I could watch tv (nope) and to call back after the outage...a tad bit frustrating!

    @ShawInfo What the f**k are you talking about, you guys can’t even provide the basic service we all pay for. You rip customers off every day. If you cant provide the service there needs to be reimbursement for every time you can’t. Imagine getting in your car and it only works sometimes
