@Shawhelp It's not an account issue. The fibre+ gateway 2 doesnt allow port forwarding thru the IP like most modems. It directs you to the app, which is hit or miss showing devices that are connected. Port forwarding should take 5 minutes. Forwarding by device is silly

@Shaun_Briltz @Shawhelp Multiple times a month plus bad ping in general, And they charge an absurd amount for it because it's alot of peoples only option and I'm sure they know that.
