    @Shawhelp So I tried the reboot on my gateway that didnt help. It's pixelating on my none gateway TVs too. The ABC feed is the worst.

    @CRTCeng @ShawInfo No Internet, phone, or TV since 1am last night. What the heck Shaw? My wife and I work from home, we are dead in the water. Are you infected by the Rogers service failure virus?

    @Shawhelp I am sorry I don’t have any patience and I do not understand, there have been no hourly updates, no eta in the fix.

    @Shawhelp This seems to happen more frequently with Shaw. This is very disrputive and quite annoying. Please fix your services, hardware or infrastruture to ensure this doesn't happen so often. Seriously considering transfering over to Telus now.

    @Shawhelp I’m in Surrey BC, according to your website it’s an issue across Surrey. This happened two weeks ago and it took 18 hrs to fix
