On top of that Canadians couldn't watch the Hlinka Gretzky Cup Gold Medal Hockey Game on Saturday without buying a special package, regular cable didn't carry it! How pathetic is that!   lmao I switched my internet to my husband's name with @Rogers slash @ShawInfo and the nice man at the store said I had to call to cancel my current internet, can't do it in store, so I've called every day since Saturday and waited more than an hour on hold without getting thru

  PSA: Filed a CCTS complaint against @Rogers & Shaw (@ShawInfo) today. Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.

  @ShawInfo why is cable tv and on demand down again in NW Calgary? The service has been abysmal since Rogers took over. We pay high fees so I expect disruptions to be rare but that is not the case.

  @Shawhelp I have to return the old modem & the new TV box that didn't work. The 1st technician sent me a FedEx label but there's no FedEx in my neighbourhood. The 2nd technician said he was going to send me a label for Canada Post/UPS, both of which are far more accessible but he never did
