@Shawhelp why is my PVR recordings not working? I keep getting error X06014 on ALL my devices, including boxes, phone app and laptop. Tried resetting box and still not working. It was working fine 30 min ago and then just stopped

  • millhist Unicorn Color Specialist (@millhist) reported

@Shawhelp Internet keeps crashing and cable will freeze been happening all day. Outage?

  • rtiterle Robert Titerle (@rtiterle) reported

@Shawhelp Hey @ShawInfo or @Shawhelp again, same location, same service, but the web site says it's not available in my area. But it clearly is. The packages it then offers are all similar but at a much higher price. Why not just be straight up? Why lie?

  • KerryDewitz Kerry Dewitz (@KerryDewitz) reported

@Shawhelp hello i need help with my shaw app. I cant seem to change the 2nd verrification phone number to a correct one.

  • rtiterle Robert Titerle (@rtiterle) reported

@Shawhelp correct... but if i select an package as an existing customer it says its not available in my area. If I apply FOR THE SAME SERVICE in the SAME LOCATION as a new customer - it happily lets me order it.

@stickers66 @iDLEcamera @Shawhelp Yeah it's been out for a while. The best part is when you call shaw technical support they say "Have you tried unplugging? Is it on a extension cord?" The stupidity of these agents are unreal.

  • rtiterle Robert Titerle (@rtiterle) reported

@Shawhelp Why not just straight up say the packages are not available to existing customers? Why lie about it? This is not a support issue - this is about a very underhanded bit of marketing.

  • stickers66 Matt Lorenzi (@stickers66) reported

@Shawhelp So this doesn't really help me though. And getting My Profile to load in my mobile browser using my carrier is taking like 10 minutes.

  • Msifeoluwatobi . (@Msifeoluwatobi) reported

@Shawhelp Not only have I been paying for a service I haven’t been getting, your employee lied as well to my ears! You record your phone conversations right? Go listen to it

  • nAuntie Nancy (@nAuntie) reported

@Shawhelp I honestly don’t know why this was never a feature of Blue Curve which was an “upgrade” from the Gateway. If I’d known I probably would have kept the Gateway system we had.
