@Shawhelp Can you guys get your act together and fix the Manitoba internet outage? Did you learn nothing from when this happened to Rogers back just a few months ago? Internet is NOT a luxury. It's a CRITICAL service.

@Shawhelp The support team just wastes your time for 2 hours then books a service tech that's a week out. Funny how everyone all around gets the exact same service call timelines. Now the my Shaw app will not work and the chat feature seems to be having problems as well.

@Shawhelp Also my internet worked fine yesterday. But now all the businesses are open and more people using it during the day the speeds tank. Hasn't been an issue since the power outage and the tech says it messed lots of stuff up. Not sure how a power outage could mess my cables up?
