Waiting 1 month now, no response. All day today, service has been cutting out. FED UP. Patience is useless. So is Shaw.

They waived our service fees for 15 days and that might not seem like much but it's a big deal to me

We are paying for 1 gig every month and we get about 10% of that. We have all new gear. New router as suggested by your technician.
