    @toddcrunched @Shawhelp @SaskTel My neighbour switched to Sasktel and was so disappointed with the installation and the service within a week she had Shaw back.. they actually will not use the same lines , she was disgusted . Just saying..

    @Shawhelp are there known internet issues in Saskatoon. Our internet connection has been out for 2 hours. Tried resetting the router numerous times and the Blue Home app says Gateway offline.

    Hey @Shawhelp, how come when ever we experience an outage that affects multiple people in an area, it is never listed on your Outages web site? This has happened every time we've experienced an outage. Seems you aren't committed to being transparent on your Outages site.

    I believe @Shawhelp (in person & social media) never honours/ fulfills a former client's request to stop with the snail mail. So I ask Internet Marketing division to stop it altogether & be a proper example w #ShawTreeSpree #environmentalism. There's other ways to get clients.

    @ShawInfo forcimg us to pay for canceling when we r not in contract. Need someone from serious shaw side. Not outsourced customer service that does not even care about service.

    @Shawhelp Is there a service outage northeast Winnipeg? We think a lightning strike might have disrupted the internet here. We have no signal, despite power cycling the modem. Our neighbours report the same.
