    @Shawhelp We understand call blocking facility have to manually done by entering number limited to 10 numbers. How does blocking anonymous calls work as at times places like @AHS_media uses "PrivateNumber" features, will that service block calls from @YourAlberta as they are important?

    @ShawInfo 1. Train your people how to use your own system to look up info. 2. If you cancel appointments internally, do your customer a favour and tell them you are doing it. Thanks for wasting half my day.

    @Hrbngr_of_btfl @TELUS @ShawInfo do you have eastlink where you are? had nothing but amazing experience with them since 2009, our internet is only like $100 a month and we have one of the better plans. Never had spottiness, only once and it was fixed pretty quick (router upgrade iirc).

    @Shawhelp @wolcoski Shaw is 3 hrs hold time. Rogers is 3 hrs hold time. Telus is 3 hrs hold time. Ebox (Bell) is 3 hrs hold time. (some people report 4) Took one person 2 days to call Ebox to report their Rogers outage. Wonder what Teksavvy's hold time is? #CRTC

    @BroadcastDialog I am not in support of this @ShawInfo and @Rogers deal. I hope this deal is denied, but I suspect it'll be approved in some capacity.
