  @oquangulated @Shawhelp Out again in erindale. 4 rounds of chat support today. Having the outage site reflect reality would be a lot more efficient.

  @Shawhelp The Shaw support page claims the Red Deer area outage is resolved, but even power cycling the modem won't bring it back online.

  @Shawhelp shaw may give you a deal for 2 years, but the real nightmare starts after 2 years if you discontinue with them. They armtwist, harass you to earn some more from you. And the customer service is most unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Beware buyers!
