  • Calgaryman1 Calgary (@Calgaryman1) reported

@Bryan_Leitch @Shawhelp That’s a shocker. They absolutely know about the problem the tech(s) have hold me multiple times, but their waste of skin SocMed bots act like it’s the first time they e heard about it.

  • kfarenholtz Kathy Farenholtz (@kfarenholtz) reported

@Shawhelp @cenobyte3 Same issue. Only webmail is working. Cannot receive or send emails from my iPhone or iPad. Error message “connection to the server failed”.

  • Bryan_Leitch Bryan Leitch (@Bryan_Leitch) reported

@gfliverpool9966 @Shawhelp Was told it has something to do with the channel frequencies. So clearly they’re aware. They just won’t fix it or it’s not considered a big enough issue yet. Happened when they put 4K online.

  • LostHunter7 LostHunter7 (@LostHunter7) reported

@Shawhelp I just rec'd my 2nd notice from Telus that outlines the input of their PureFibre Network in my neighbourhood. Step 3 is to transfer all my phone, internet, TV & any other services to the Telus PureFibre Network. What the $!% is going on?!

  • MrWickDoe Real ones know (@MrWickDoe) reported

@gregobr @AnthonyLacavera Is with 5G as we all know @ShawInfo did not buy any spectrum for them cause they damm well knew they was gonna sell and did not want to provide any form of help just in case they had to sell. But really 5G is okay. Ppl want lower prices and good coverage n great roaming plans.

  • Footytang2 Footytang (@Footytang2) reported

@ShawInfo @TreeCanada Fix the ****** internet already in PG . It's been like 7 hours that I have 2 mbps and a 120 ping. First world problems but you destroyed my Sunday night for streaming and gaming. I was just praising you ******** too last night.

  • DaleMacLean1 Never Give Up (@DaleMacLean1) reported

@Shawhelp It just says service down for large part of the BC interior and they hope to have it fixed eventually. We'll that's helpful 😌. Could you perhaps expand on that a little? Why? What happened? How did such a large area lose service? And some kind of an ETA?

  • Lianebisaillon Liane Bisaillon 🇨🇦 (@Lianebisaillon) reported

@Shawhelp I have a problem with my email account. I phone and have no idea what the man is saying. He has a very, very thick accent. Why do you hire people to field calls for customer service that one can not understand?? #poorcustomerservice #communicationiskey

  • cenobyte3 Cenobyte🦑🧲⚫🐸 ֍ (@cenobyte3) reported

@Shawhelp I wasn't. It looks like the issue is still ongoing.
