    @ShawInfo we are very unhappy with your customer service today. Internet/tv issues all day - no info on your site about service disruptions, can’t reach anyone on chat, waited on phone to finally speak to an agent and told there is a planned 4 day upgrade that is unlisted??

    Last 4 days, getting half a day of cable or internet. #shawcable & internet really bad today. Internet not holding for 5 minutes. Booked another service call. Found out “referrals”the previous techs made are not work orders to fix the problem. @Shawhelp @shawinfo #shawtips #yyc

    So annoyed with @Bell, called to cancel service due to getting an offer from @ShawInfo that was half my current bill. So @bell decides to match that offer, where was this before? These companies need to take better care of their current customers, not when they're trying to leave

    @Shawhelp I left that crap company a year ago to switch to Shaw wireless and I have never been happier with my service, billing and cell plan. I know you have nothing to do with if Shaw is sold to them but please please please don’t let that company buy Shaw 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
