    @Shawhelp hi, are you able to tell me if there’s anything wrong with my landline? Both handsets have no dial tone and have said “line in use” for 2 days. I’ve reset the modem, unplugged everything and nothing. I assume since there’s no dial tone that’s a Shaw issue?

    @Shawhelp I can’t even do that - your freedom mobile connection is garbage too and it barely allows me to connect. Tried 4 times on that hyperlink and it won’t load Shaw docsis prob bridged some freedom mobile connections that had poor reception lol I guess I’ll keep trying

    @suspectlobster @Shawhelp never been with either honestly but from what they just told me it seems like its just a worn out part or faulty cable. hopefully will have everything fixed in a week

    like honestly, @ShawInfo & @Shawhelp - what on earth am I paying $250 per month for? I pay my bills by working from home and using the internet. Will you pay my wages if I lose my job because I always have a poor connection?
