    @Shawhelp 2/ They have called in multiple times. And have been offered credits. Not a solution. Or a timeline of when it will be fixed. It’s dangerous for them not to have reliable phone or internet service and no help in sight.

    @Shawhelp internet outage yet again. So on top of the only 350mbps I get while paying for 1gbps (equipment has all been tested capable of 1gbps) now I get to sit around and wait for the internet to actually work. Yay.

    @Shawhelp we've been 24 hours with no internet or cable yet we've had power since yesterday morning. I know the storm caused a lot of damage but our internet has never been out this long before. I sent you a dm already as well.
