    @Shawhelp our gateway remote doesn't seem to be working right. We changed batteries too. It's lagging. Guide very slow to come up, pvr guide too. Changing channels takes along time to come up and scroll through stations. Help please! Highly annoying.

    @Shawhelp I've tried a few of those...it's kinda better...just wondering if there were any issues that you know of on your end? Guilford area of Surrey...if not, I'll keep trying on my end...
