    @Shawhelp Tried that. Wasn't to successful 🙄. From comments on the app store it sounds like a lot of people are having this issue

    @Shawhelp My "Dual Band Wireless USB Adapter" that receives the signal from the Router. Distance and barriers play a part in how good the reception is. The computer must be about 8 years old but I upgraded the adapter years ago with a far better one than stock.

    @Shawhelp It has to do with apps on my phone and I just wanted Shaw to know that I was a discouraged Customer at the Richmond Center Mall today

    @Shawhelp imaging having a 400ft cat 5 cable running through your yard (above ground) for 18+ months and not being able to get any help on when the line will be buried or the original line repaired
