No internet for the last 12 hrs. When u speak to a @ShawInfo rep, they either are unaware of the outage or unclear on what to do. One rep later said their was an outage and its been fixed..called later and the other rep said no outage was reported..still no internet. Wth shaw?

And still no response from @TELUSsupport . Support agents not responding on chat, no appointments until next week on the app. Horrible service. Time to switch back to @ShawInfo #telus #shaw

Again @Sportsnet and @Shawhelp I’m in Jasper Alberta and I’m “out of region” for watching Oilers. Sportsnet even says I should get it according to the postal code and blackout link. Fix this.
