It could just be something on my end. Last time this happened it was not just a me issue and Shaw did in fact mess something up. Maybe it is maybe it isn't idk.

Funny how everyone all around gets the exact same service call timelines. Now the my Shaw app will not work and the chat feature seems to be having problems as well.

This seems like a bigger issue that no one is looking into. Last time my internet did this, Shaw had messed an update up and screwed everyone's services.

Darcy_Lussier (@Darcy_Lussier) reported@Shawhelp Is there a known issue/fix with the Blu Curve set top boxes where shows will show as recorded but will only playback the first few minutes and then freeze? This is happening a bit too often with our device.
