Shaw Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ImFuckedUp604 Austin (@ImFuckedUp604) reported

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo Never mind literally the second I posted this tweet it started working.

  • AlisonLinlyGray Alison (@AlisonLinlyGray) reported

@Shawhelp we now need to log in with our Shaw account just to check the status of the Grand Forks outage? Why the change? We barely have data so that’s very annoying

  • artspear1 arthur spear (@artspear1) reported

@Shawhelp Is there any real time for internet service restored in Grand Forks BC?

  • LurkingLogger Will (@LurkingLogger) reported

@Shawhelp @jennifer01inBC It’s been 4 days now and this idea is new to your “team”??? Get some limited bandwidth into your fibre line using the cellular network or ask for bandwidth from Telus given the emergency situation. This has gone on long enough.

  • PMan71 Pete H (@PMan71) reported

@Shawhelp @full_spinnaker @CNBC has had rights in previous Olympics and only covers it in evening. In past, their daytime business coverage would be broadcast in Canada and in the evening the feed would switch to CNBC World. This is full blackout is wholly unnecessary and angering to your customers.

  • LurkingLogger Will (@LurkingLogger) reported

@Shawhelp @artspear1 I believe he is simply asking about the outage in Grand Forks as a WHOLE. As am I. The entire region is without internet for days now. We want some real time estimates.

  • jennifer01inBC JennJenn (@jennifer01inBC) reported

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo I understand you are not permitted into the wildfire zone to fix our problems in Grand Forks and Christina Lake but can’t you bypass the area with a temporary fix?

  • ManuhLah Manuh Lah (@ManuhLah) reported

@Shawhelp i think it's time that Shaw reach out to individual affected customers, explain generally what the damage is, and what that means in terms of approx time frame. Reach out privately if for reasons I can't understand, u don't want to publicly acknowledge.

  • xnorwaks Matt (@xnorwaks) reported

@Shawhelp another outage in sturgeon county? This has been happening pretty frequently lately...

@ShawInfo what happened to the weather network?
