    @Shawhelp Sorry, I don't do dm's for a number of reasons, and should not be forced to. All I'm asking is for you to to get to the bottom of this pixelation issue from the bigger networks, or your IT department. I'm not the only one that has this issue.

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo two days in a row, the services have been down. TV barely working, internet slower than a snail. What the hell is going on? You want more and more money and can't provide top notch service

    @Shawhelp our Bluecurve TV hasn't been working for over an hour now...are there issues in North Langley? I've unplugged it...and plugged it back in....and I'm just getting a black screen. Guide works for a second...but if I change the channel the channel isnt showing the program.
