    I've had more dropped calls and poor/no reception with Bell in the last year than all my years with them. We got our daughter on with @ShawInfo (Shaw mobile) for a fraction of the cost and she often has better reception than me.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp - wifi signal is horrible, yet again... do I need to set right next to the modem just to get a decent wifi? It’s not like I live in a mansion.

    @Shawhelp I heard thru condo board that there is an expected outage due to a shaw box moving apr 12 in Staddock Villas area. How long is impact? Start? Stop? Some of us have to work and depend on internet.

    Hey @ShawInfo why are you refusing to send someone to come fix my internet? Claiming the tech called in sick is BS. I've had not internet for 3 days

    Day 4 of no internet because @ShawInfo won't come down to fix it. Called me after my scheduled appointment to tell me the guy "called in sick". This is ridiculous and awful service. Such a joke

    @Shawhelp When I moved to Shaw, against my request, the tech installed all wireless set tops rather then connecting the existing cat5 runs. Your wireless service can't handle my work from home needs now, I need these connections hardwired. Not a difficult request.
