    @Shawhelp your help isn’t helping today :( I got referred to the online chat and it kept timing out so I had 3 agents and they can’t see All the info I provided already. There’s got to be a better way.

    @Shawhelp Incidentally, your service page indicates that the issues with incoming calls dropping to CS has been resolved. As of 10:30 tonight it clearly hasn’t.

    @Shawhelp is at it again. Just two weeks before on Friday there was an outage in Surrey for more than 24 hours and there is one today. What the hell is happening. And it’s been like this since 1am.
