@Shawhelp It's excruciating getting the basics thrown in my face every time I ask Shaw for help. You guys need higher level support for people who know what they are talking about. Oh well, the tech you are sending tomorrow may be able to tell me why my services started working again.

.@Shawhelp is the absolute worst provider I ever had. After 2 years of cut cords, I missed some sports and favourite shows so I grabbed a 2-year contract including some streaming services. Every week something is broken and live or recordings are unwatchable.
