Michael Smit (@msmit) reported@Shawhelp so your policy is to turn off shaw email access to 80+ year old widows after their spouse passes, when the most important things EVER are being managed over that email. Worst possible time to turn off their electronic comms. Terrible approach. Archaic policy.

I complained to chat and all they were interested in was verifying my identity... passphrases etc... and not that I had no Internet for 9 hrs! Seriously get your priorities in order when there is an outage!!!!!

Drew (@drewzhouse) reported@Shawhelp just an FYI…a month ago we had internet issues and your techs apparently came by 3 times even though there was someone here at all times and I had to fight with my provider for compensation due to nobody coming for 2 weeks!Maybe tell your techs to leave a calling card
