    @Shawhelp is there an outage today? Seems like I can only access half the websites I usually do. Nothing else works other than reddit, disord, and twitter... And twitter images don't even load. (Calgary)

    I am sitting here at my moms place at her internet speed is disturbingly slow. Called @Shawhelp to ask what gives and I am embarrassed by the plans and customer service offered. Hey @TELUSsupport think you can help my mom out? Looking for basic internet that’s at a decent speed.

    @Shawhelp not sure if this also works for Shaw mobile, but we're having network drop issues like crazy today and Nanaimo is it a known issue
