  @Shawhelp why can't your representatives help and walk through an elderly lady to set up her Shaw email on a new tablet. Instead you leave her frustrated and confused asking anyone else for help who don't know your server configurations. You used to have good customer service

  @Shawhelp Our services are down AGAIN. Staffordville area of Lethbridge. This is 3 times in just over a month. It's getting ridiculous.
