    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Ive honestly had enough with your super bad customer service here in Calgary. My family has been having the same internet problem for the past two weeks and your customer service calls tells us to do the same thing over and over then would try to end the call.

    @Shawhelp Been having trouble with my Blusky boxes for several weeks, have to reboot them 2 or 3 times a week. Unable to connect to help. What do I do? Still have hear & a half left on my contract????

    @ShawInfo Please improve your communication with your customers. There has been no updates on our complete outage - no cable,Internet or telephone - for over 3 hours. I am using my Koodo data plan in order to communicate with you or to look at your website. Ridiculous.
