Question: if you are a Gulf Island residential internet subscriber, and you purchase from a reseller, is it OK to for the ISP to cut off that customer's internet because they don't recognize the reseller's modem? Asking for a friend. @Shawhelp @NanaimoBulletin @NanaimoNewsNOW

@Shawhelp how long is everything going to be down? This is ridiculous. It's bad enough we're getting ripped off, now we can't even work.

Hey @Shawhelp someone needs to lean over and give your “service” person Kiara a nudge to wake her up. Tell her sorry it was such an inconvenience to do her job. #rude

So sick of #Shaw and their garbage service. TV out. Internet down, can't get any work done. We're already getting colossally ripped off and now they're raising our bill again even though we got conned into a 2 year contract. Still on the same junk equipment. Over it. @Shawhelp
