    For over 6 weeks, our cable feed has not worked. Over half of our channels are pixelated ‘ unable to watch. @Shawhelp hasn’t helped. With two trips here, blaming a feed problem outside the house, and providing no updates. This is just a desperate escalation on NFL Sunday!

    Sigh.... this is why we cant have nice things @ShawInfo 6 months of asking for them to properly fix the internet. and every month the same issue leaves us having to make you all wait for content while they fix it

    Tweet your MP and tell them you want the @rogers buyout of @ShawInfo stopped by the @CRTCeng!!! This outage shows they dont invest enough in their own infrastructure, instead focusing on acquisitions to improve their monopoly of lacklustre service.

    So annoyed with @Bell, called to cancel service due to getting an offer from @ShawInfo that was half my current bill. So @bell decides to match that offer, where was this before? These companies need to take better care of their current customers, not when they're trying to leave
