I always got right through to someone - till I called the cancellation line - now I've been on hold for 10 min and counting. Lots of unhelpful help, until now.

They confirmed there was an active connection here before we moved in, so I cancelled my other service. Now I'm wishing I stayed with Telus. I can't run my business for a week now. Or I can burn ALL my mobile data in a day. No other options.

I have ducks to kill on the am and can order my new @TELUS service tomorrow. Shaw TV can’t solve the buffering.

Not sure how what you have could be too slow, as I've never had a problem with mine. You may want to check your computer for an issue, or too many users at one time???
