@Shawhelp another Oilers game & more problems with my cable since the upgraded equipment was installed. Tired of this S_____. So I put my original receiver back in & now it works great!! I’ll send you the bill for fixing the problem 😂

@Shawhelp I just spent 45mins on hold and when I asked how I forward a complaint I was told to write a letter and mail it!! Your a telecommunications company. That is an absolutely unacceptable answer. Your customer service has severely degraded! #verydisappointed #crapservice

Arghhhhh..... @Shawhelp fails to help. In a city of a million people, they don’t have any replacement modem/routers for my internet problem at either retail or warehouse. They’ll send a technician tomorrow, who will realize I need a new modem.

Hey @Shawhelp @ShawInfo the stuff I agreed on the phone to renew my contract and the stuff on the contract are totally different. Now, I can't get anyone to answer o return my calls. On hold with Loyalty Maybe I should just go to @TELUSsupport if you can't fix this.
