For over 6 weeks, our cable feed has not worked. Over half of our channels are pixelated ‘ unable to watch. @Shawhelp hasn’t helped. With two trips here, blaming a feed problem outside the house, and providing no updates. This is just a desperate escalation on NFL Sunday!

@Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..

@Shawhelp So you’re saying I should order my centre ice package directly from the NHL instead of paying Shaw for the sub standard feed. My friends who bought directly have had no problems with the feed. That tells me it’s Shaw that is the problem.
