They confirmed there was an active connection here before we moved in, so I cancelled my other service. Now I'm wishing I stayed with Telus. I can't run my business for a week now. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.
