    @ShawInfo might be the worst run company from top to bottom. Online, Retail stores to Support. Who actually uses this company cut my service off before I ever had any went to @TELUS and Blamo wow finally some culture in a business experience

    For over 6 weeks, our cable feed has not worked. Over half of our channels are pixelated โ€˜ unable to watch. @Shawhelp hasnโ€™t helped. With two trips here, blaming a feed problem outside the house, and providing no updates. This is just a desperate escalation on NFL Sunday!

    @Shawhelp thanks for the poor servcie of 50$ install fee and sales guy tells me i might have to hire an outside contractor. mis understanding of oh you need an outlet installed . i needed a full cable drop install into an older house and your chat servcie in eastern canada bad

    .@Shawhelp thinks that it's reasonable for me to need four visits from a tech to maybe fix their internet. suggestions for solutions include 'find somewhere to use public wifi' and 'we'll keep sending techs until you get tired of asking'

    @Shawhelp be advised that the Equipment Guide for Shaw's Fibre+ Gateway 3.0 (XB8) is not available for the residential edmonton alberta market . i was given non accurate details about upgrading to newer equipment by ontario chat support.

    I am going to cancel my @Shawhelp cable service as a Christmas present to myself. 3 months of half of my channels not working, at full price, was being tolerated. Die Hard on Christmas Eve not working, unacceptable. @TELUS youโ€™ll be up.... get ready. ๐ŸŽ„

    @TimM799611 @ShawInfo Unfortunately shaw is just as bad. We were having problems one time. Called and set up a tech to come fix the problem. No one ever showed up. I called to find out what was happening. They told me a tech had been there 3 times and no one answered. We were home all day.

    I spend almost two hours on the phone with you @Shawhelp trying to get this fixed. You transfer me four times to different people. No one fixes the issue and then you hang up on me. You need to work on your customer service.

    @Shawhelp Youโ€™ve admitted you canโ€™t access my account. So what good is sending you a DM? This is my real name. Tell your management to look up my file in your records and fix the problem identified and admitted in your own logs. Entire problem + solution are WITHIN @Rogers. So fix it.

    @slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says โ€œwe are experiencing higher than normal call volumesโ€ is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. itโ€™s obviously worse for oligopoly

    @Shawhelp Thanks. I have been trying to use the chat since 9AM. The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.
