@Shawhelp 1/ Tried this Shaw Help route 2 weeks ago. 3.5 hours via DM - they couldn't fix via remote, problem escalated by clerk, 3 days later escalation rejected, clerk calls me to tell me that, Shaw sends TWO techies to my home - they don't know how to fix the problem after over an hour
