Hey @ShawInfo, since when did my PVR record settings retroactively change from "Save until space is needed" to "save until space is needed (up to one year)"??! My PVR, which has never filled up, is suddenly missing a whole bunch of recordings 😡

Canada has highest cell phone rates in the world. Rogers/Shaw merger will exacerbate the situation. Previous Shaw plan: $35 US/Mexico roaming incl. +$45/month pkg int’l roaming. New Rogers plan: $65 Canada/US. $12/day int’l roaming. Do better @Rogers, @shawinfo. CRTC – fix this.

@ShawInfo Hi, I have been using Shaw for more than 18 months & now the 2.4g net has stopped working. On repeated complaints technician & customer care has asked me to switch to other service provider as they can't resolve the issue. Is the company closing down ?

@Shawhelp Hi! The chat function doesn't work on desktop or Android. Anyhow, we have a Shaw Motorola modem and we haven't been Shaw customers in the past 10 years. Do we drop it off somewhere or ecycle it?

How absolutely frustrating. For more than a month now, we've had sporadic issues accessing the internet at our @AccessArtsCA offices with @ShawInfo. Our entire team is forced to tether from their personal cell data plan to get any work done. I've had it.
