ok @ShawInfo @Shawhelp , what the hell is going on with your Edmonton Clareview service? It was down for an hour and a half just now and my wife was trying to work. Your service goes down almost regularly. It sucks.

@Shawhelp ... your payment system charged me 680 bucks on top of what I paid to your rep over chat .. now I have to deal with the headache of canceling charges with them. If your payment system is down just say its down instead of attempting to take it 4 times

Me having to run around in the rain to get a halfway decent data signal ($85/month btw) to attempt to open MyShaw Mobile, only for the app to repeatedly crash when I try to open it is the epitome of the @Shawhelp customer experience.
