    @Shawhelp St.Vital Winnipeg, Hydro restored 5 hours ago and you say as soon the power restored the internet will be back, If I don’t pay the bill you will cut the service in the same minute, but when it’s from your side , no problem we have to wait

    Getting very annoyed the my @Shawhelp keeps going out and there is 5 days until they will come out. No tv and no internet. They didn’t secure the box outside and we can’t put it back on 😡now paying for service we aren’t getting

    @skywisefahr @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Tech showed up at 2, and left at 6:30. They had a problem multi-homing 3 static IPs to a single mac address. They fixed it, but with the problems I decided to add more ethernet cards to the firewall rather than multi-home.

    @Shawhelp So my wifi has decided to stop working here at home. I have unplugged it and waited 30 seconds and then plugged it in and it worked for about 5 minutes. And now it’s down again.

    But there is one flaw with the application system @Shawhelp. Why can I only allowed 3 devices at one time. A customer should be able to use the Television BlueCurve Free TV application on a minimum of 10 devices. cc @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp There was no known outage. My mo-... *sob* my modem reached the end of it's lifecycle. It died doing it's duty; providing me with high speed internet access both via internet and Wi-Fi. *sob* I am forever grateful for its service and will cherish the memories we made.

    @Shawhelp I need help. My cable keeps cutting out - to the point I can’t watch anything. The shows I recorded also have issues. Some of them have audio issues or are not accessible. I’ve tried to call a couple times - but the hold time is +1 hour and I just give up. Please help.

    @Shawhelp Why is it always a struggle to connect to Tubi? Yes, I have unplugged and restarted my box multiple times and it rarely connects. I’m paying for the service I expected it to work. If not, I expect a discount on my bill this month because this is ridiculous.
