As a new Shaw customer I have figured out what SHAW stands for: Stay on Hold And Wait. Two days of being put on hold for 45 mins at a time. Call backs take hours and they don't give you a chance to say hi before they hang up when they do call back. Do not use Shaw. @Shawhelp

I’m tired of waiting on hold @Shawhelp. I’ve already talked to an agent to let them know I’m cancelling my service. There is really no need to transfer me to “the loyalty department” to complete this cancellation request. This is very poor customer service.

@Shawhelp Your Staff Can’t Just Up Internet $40 Without Notfying The Customer Litereally The Day Of The Billing Date. No Email, No Mail, Nothing. Worst Service I’ve Seen. Now I’m Being Offered $98 On A CONTRACT Instead Of Month 2 Month Like I’ve Been On For Years @ $60-$70

I’ve subscribed to @TSN_Sports TSN+ for about a month now and had nothing but issues with a few of the “+” channels. I’ve sent off requests for help with zero replies from TSN and my ISP @Shawhelp says my Gig+ internet has no issues at all. TSN streaming is a waste of money
