    The new voice controlled Shaw TV is the crappiest system I've ever used. Poor quality(macroblocking), horrible interface, duplicate recordings, audio & video dropouts. Just horrible. I'm seriously considering dropping it. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

    This is literally ridiculous.... I have my ps5 hardwired to my router and the internet still drops... clearly it’s not cause the wifi🙄 I’m losing full with this dog water company, like theyre so free, boxed like a fish, no thumbs type ****. @ShawInfo

    Just had a @ShawInfo customer chat representative tell me my 2-year internet agreement at $65 per mth 1st yr and $95 per mth 2nd yr was a "deep discount which I should enjoy." (Their words exactly). Considering their current offerings, I both feel both #rippedoff & #punkedoff!

    Call @ShawInfo for tech support because my internet is down only to find out that the support call center is closed and would have to use chat, except my internet is down which makes it impossible.

    Shaw informed me I need to upgrade my TV box or I'll lose channels. Guess what - with the "upgrade" I lost a bunch of channels. After dealing w/ Shaw for 8 hours on chat/phone, issue is still not resolved. Thanks for the downgrade @ShawInfo - still waiting for a call from you!
