After dealing w/ Shaw for 8 hours on chat/phone, issue is still not resolved. Thanks for the downgrade @ShawInfo - still waiting for a call from you!

Low resolution, compression artifacts, dropped frames, etc. Meanwhile it’s shot in 4K HDR and is being presented as such by @BBC in the UK.

Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.
