After dealing w/ Shaw for 8 hours on chat/phone, issue is still not resolved. Thanks for the downgrade @ShawInfo - still waiting for a call from you!

They had a problem multi-homing 3 static IPs to a single mac address. They fixed it, but with the problems I decided to add more ethernet cards to the firewall rather than multi-home.

Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.
