    @Shawhelp big surprise internet in first at John has been down for 11 hours. This is a monthly thing. Shaw is getting so bad.

    Dear @shawhelp, why are you so unreasonable and unhelpful to longstanding customers stranded outside BC by Covid and insisting on making us pay for internet we can't use instead of kindly suspending our service until we can get back?

    honestly, @Shawhelp sucks. I’ve legit been waiting all day for them to finally fix my wifi after 2 weeks of no wifi and they still aren’t here 🙄

    @Shawhelp It's not an account issue. The fibre+ gateway 2 doesnt allow port forwarding thru the IP like most modems. It directs you to the app, which is hit or miss showing devices that are connected. Port forwarding should take 5 minutes. Forwarding by device is silly

    @Shawhelp we are in Strathcona park in calgary and our wifi has been spotty and erratic all day. Is there a waiver issue? TIA!

    @Shawhelp Having trouble with my cable. My two TVs are just black, but the guide still shows with program info and internet seems to be ok. Any ideas why? Thx
