    @Shawhelp I've done the support specialist reading off the paper.. I just want connectivity without issue on a regular basis.. Does that mean I need to choose another r provider for that to happen cause this is crazy.

    Gotta love when my internet router not working causes me to lose out on work & $$ 🙃 my 3rd replacement router still doesn't work and when I got on support chat they ENDED THE CHAT because THEY RESET MY INTERNET AND IT TOOK LONGER THAN 5 MINS TO RECONNECT. @Shawhelp what the heck

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp wifi’s been down for over 5 hours, called and checked online and got told there’s “no outages”, i’ve restarted the router as well multiple times

    @Shawhelp Once again.. Had a technician in, a few things fixed. Sitting here.. Internet down, no blue curve or internet.. Yet no outage.. I am so fed up. This is beyond ridiculous.

    @Shawhelp As the earlier screenshot shows, your chat support person says that it does include “reduced speed” and the fact that the account pages says such is a “glitch”. So which is it? If there is reduced speed after 1 GB, why don’t I have ANY data connection?

    @Shawhelp internet is down in Strathcona, Calgary. I’ve restarted my routers, and still not working. Please investigate.
