    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

    @Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

    Amazingly disappointed with @ShawInfo who, apparently, seem to think it's fine to screw with @TekSavvyNetwork and their customers by demanding a laundry list of diagnostic tests to check a fault, despite the fact the fault was previously checked and never resolved.

    How do you talk to someone that can actually help you at @Shawhelp?? I’ve been trying to get a tech for 2 months here. Had two no shows this week and they keep saying it’s “fixed” when I call. It really isn’t. It’s actually always worse.

    Just called Shaw Mobile on Mom's behalf about an issue. "I can't talk you to you about her account. You're not authorized." "Yes I am. That's exactly what we did the last time I called." "It's not here, I don't see it. You'll have to do it again." Grr. @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo It seems you need to wake up your your technicians and let them know that SN360 is heavily pixilating, and the issue needs to be addressed. Asap. #yvr #NoSleepingOnTheJob

    @TELUS @ShawInfo @Rogers They downgraded in some cases because nonflex optics shatters, optics flex needed secondary system to preventline flow of light issues or magnetics wave tampering or optiofluiducs cymatic tampering. Mixed systems aremore secure and can stay fast.
