Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@Shawhelp your techs are just awful. Just hook a modem up and leave while insulting my parents. Sounds like you guys hire the best and brightest. Over the last 5 years, Shaw customer support has taken a giant leap forward into a giant pile of manure. Do better.

so I guess no? @shawhelp, not a single supervisor or manager who is willing to place a call back on this? over a week of service at less than a tenth of the speed paid for, two service calls, three interruptions, hours on with support in the past 40 days. #customerexperience

@Shawhelp No timers are set and correct me if I'm I'm wrong; but wouldn't a timer turn off access and not slow it down?
