@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@MattCundill @Shawhelp The major US networks (ABC NBC CBS FOX). This has been an issue for some time. I had been told previously they wouldn’t license streaming in Canada and was hoping Shaw could tell me if any progress had been made.

The lagging, dropping and pixelating happen every time I am trying to enjoy some entertainment with my family. Which is not during @ShawInfo @Shawhelp customer service hours. So tired of constant troubleshooting … … what is an unhappy, frustrated customer of 30 years to do.

@Shawhelp It’s an outage in the area, seems pointless to do all that.

@Shawhelp hahahahaha amazing. My favourite thing about your **** service was paying your bills, getting cut off after speaking to your reps and then extorted for $215 reconnection and a contract for double the cost. .....@Bell_MTSHelps help daddy help.

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp Forcing a reboot of television boxes every day is a cheap security hack that needs to be fixed because it is interrupting television viewing. Reboot on power down. And get rid of OSD timeouts (press 'exit' to exit), and redundant notifications about batteries.

@Shawhelp So this doesn't really help me though. And getting My Profile to load in my mobile browser using my carrier is taking like 10 minutes.
