And the saga continues. On Friday, my @ShawInfo modem/router died. After spending a couple of hours in a chat with a support member (using my middle-aged thumbs on an iPhone), it was determined that I needed a new modem. 1/6

@Shawhelp Really? That's not at all what you did when I was having the issues. Not only did you not ensure it was resolved you went ahead taking full payment every month knowing I was having issues since I kept calling and tweeting at the time. And no appointment was needed only a new box.
