@Shawhelp Every time you say that & every time you find nothing wrong. You tweak settings from your end, it seems better and really it’s not. WHY does it drop out?? Get a tech here. Appointment & mask. That’s all it needs. Get them to bring the better router equipment as this one is crap.

@Shawhelp Require your help. The internet services in my area(R3C3H3) are going on and off and it's really hard for me to attend the meetings. I have been raising this issue with your support team but they say they don't see any issue. My entire apartment is facing the issue

@Shawhelp Since starting my work computer at 7:15, I have been disconnected from wifi approximately 20 times, and had to restart once when connection was completely lost. All this started when we « upgraded » to Bluecurve modem. Please don’t tell be reboot again, just fix it.
