    Poor @Shawhelp customer service rep. Keeps getting spammed with cat and dog pics while I wait for him to look something up or do things.

    @Gojetsgo8 @ShawInfo Makes sense. Levels can change in a neighborhood as more subscribers are connected, which could drop the signal. Possible both Techs were right at the time they did their signal checks.
