@Shawhelp I was just really disappointed in the lack of communication and the lack of empathy from Shaw's end. I made sure to book this far in advance so my work and the money I use to pay for this service wasn't interrupted. Yet here we are.

@TELUSsupport what the heck is wrong with your terrible internet service? Every night around midnight I lose service. Last I checked you were charging me 24/7! I should have stayed with @Shawhelp. Feeling pretty ripped off right now!
