Thanks @Shawhelp for calling and telling me you're going to suspend my account tomorrow. One day heads up and you want a credit card... thanks.i appreciate you giving a guy ... no time.. and require a credit card. I guess thats customer service anymore.

@Shawhelp correct... but if i select an package as an existing customer it says its not available in my area. If I apply FOR THE SAME SERVICE in the SAME LOCATION as a new customer - it happily lets me order it.

@Shawhelp Why don't you remove customers old account numbers and associated phone numbers? Just having people put cash into account profiles from 2005. Have some accountability for your database, your **** record keeping and stop extorting people for reconnection when you make mistakes.
