@Shawhelp my mom who is a senior is out in Stony Plain and her cable channels have been out all day...she says on the screen it gives a number to call and it's a recording saying there is a outage.

@Shawhelp we went through all the steps of enabling roaming for our son who is currently traveling on his own in a big US city and his phone service is not working and your company wanted us to chat with a bot about it all night. Unacceptable.

@Shawhelp I’m not really sure how many more times I can hear “we’re not sure what’s causing your problem. We’ve changed the modem and it looks like there’s an issue with the tap. We can’t fix it if we don’t know what’s causing it.”
