    18+ years as a customer and I am still restricted by @Shawhelp because my Internet is not residential. Well, if you’d stop messing around with your damn plans, maybe we could actually get things done normally instead of this mess. Anyway, look forward to leave

    @Shaun_Briltz @Shawhelp I haven’t had an outage like this for a long time with Shaw. But how one line gets damaged and everyone is out of internet in the whole city for 8+hours is ridiculous

    @Shawhelp Fort St. John Shaw TV and Internet have been out pretty much all day Wife gets a hold of Shaw help They say there’s no problem in our area. Huh 🤔

    1. So, at work, working online and the Internet goes out. Turns out @ShawInfo initiated a province wide upgrade. No one was notified service would be disrupted. So much of what I use requires internet and will not work offline.

    @MsYouDoYou @Shawhelp been with them for 15+ years on internet & cable - when the price went above $100 a month, i negotiated being a 'long time' customer - signed up for their #shawmobile so can't change even if i wanted otherwise i'd have to get another mobile - been good for me

    It looks like I may be taking a small break from streaming until the internet can be fixed. The good news, they know what the problem is. The bad news. They don't have it scheduled to get it repaired. So it could be really quick or take forever. Upset with @ShawInfo again.

    @ShawInfo for good and save the $300/month that clearly means deadly squat to Shaw. Can’t wait to cancel ALL my services this week. Good riddance. If I didn’t know better, feels like I’m dealing with one of the sadly known “Robbers” of the Canadian Wireless Industry. 👎🏻
