@Shawhelp Also, the very lovely customer service rep who I did finally speak with spent about 10 minutes checking to see if I qualified for the $45 a month unlimited mobile plan. Before checking to see if the plan is available in my area (spoiler alert: not available).

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp Why ******** am I paying $100 a month to have **** internet that drops all the time it’s been an hour why is my internet down. Like btw 20 mph isn’t 100 that’s called false advertisement and I kinda wanna sue you clowns. Telus has been calling my name.

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp grappling with installation issues.First the modem was not delivered on time & I had to go pick it up at the shaw tower. Now the modem says downstream connection.Customer support gets technician for only for tomorrow. Credits dont help for disruption to work.

@ShawInfo the absolute worst ******* cable/internet company out there. I am disgusted with your product, your horrible service and customer support. You manually turn my internet off because your support staff can’t understand English. I’m am now 90 minutes with no internet.
