    @ShawInfo What on Earth is up with your phone support? My parents selected to receive a call back when an agent becomes available. The system called back immediately and put them on hold for almost an hour. They gave up.

    Another day of wait and disappointment even after initial response by @ShawInfo to send DM. Is @BellMts @TELUSsupport different when it comes to internet service???

    @Shawhelp extremely horrible service. I booked installation on Friday and was told that all will be good. Plugged in modem did all basic ts but no internet. Now no appointments available weekend and Monday appointments are late evening so I’m screwed

    @Shawhelp I appreciate the reply, but my parents aren't on Twitter. Phone support is important both because not everyone is Internet savvy, and also because Internet connectivity is often the problem your customers are trying to contact you about.

    @wingsnation @ShawInfo We just moved into a new neighbourhood, #Telus never ran service into it so we are stuck with using Shaw... Today I used Shaw's call back service, they called back in 20 mins, recording said I was in "Position 1" in the queue and it still took 1 hr 15 min to speak with someone.
