    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp, it is astounding that your help line tells us that our inability to use our email is literally beyond your scope to help. Telling us that we must only use webmail, and while we are dealing with a family emergency while info exchange matters. You are terrible.

    @Shawhelp people would be stupid to add cable packages. you can stream almost anything now with just an internet connection.
