    @Shawhelp Been with shaw for 2 decades in different locations never seen a ping higher than 8 ms now at 3 ms on a Wired connection must be wifi those high ping ones

    @Shawhelp - my internet fiber gig plan sucks. disconnected 25 times Ina day. U tech fixed it and worked for 15 days. Again loses connection every now n then. I work from home. Hampering my work. Tech is scheduled for May 10. Should I close my work till then?

    @Shawhelp @hifromada I just talked with the field techs. They're in the alley literally a few yards from my house. There is a problem with the voltage feeding the amplifiers and they're still trying to isolate the issue.

    @Shawhelp Gotta love that regular 120ms ping and 3mbs Shaw provides.. Just terrible :/ I wish I could switch to another provider sooner but until then I'm just going to drive home the point that Shaw is a terrible choice.

    @Shawhelp Says fixed and www worked for a bit this morning but so slow it’s unusable. Friends in neighbourhood (also w/ shaw) reporting same. Speed test is very bad.
