    @Shawhelp we moved 10 days ago and our WiFi still is not working properly. Might be because you had me hook it up rather than send someone. That's like paying for a landscaper and them telling you to **** your own flower beds. Not sure exactly what to do here. Already DMed you.

    @Shawhelp I just had the worst encounter with a support agent on the phone. Not only am I disappointed about the lack of service I’ve been receiving on my Internet, but now on your support side with an agent. I’m VERY disappointed.

    @ShawInfo Our Internet connection continues to drop regularly despite over a dozen contacts with customer service over last few months. From 3pm to 10pm yesterday it cut out SEVENTEEN TIMES. Already today it’s dropped 3 times. No one from customer service seems to be able

    @Shawhelp Well, #shawcable changed their plans, now all customers get the same great prices, or so they say. Not only do I feel cheated as a 20+ year customer when new ones got the best prices, now I get the privledge of paying more money, not less. Supervisor please!
