Alan (@aches63) reported@Shawhelp Hi, our cable has been offline all day. Get a "No Content" message window. We hear others have the same issue here in west Calgary. Have done the unplug/wait 30 seconds/plug back in with no resolution. A tech reset the box too. Is there something going on??

Called in once before and was told there was a problem in my area but nothing has changed since then. I'm on Zoom at least once/week & need it reliable. Really getting sick of the bad service.

Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

Itβs not my phone but Rogerβs. Text messages are delayed and/or I donβt receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.
