    @ShawInfo outage in my area of #ymm since 1500 today. Over 5 hours! Impossible to work from home. Kids can’t attend online school classes- Your website says the outage is resolved!!!🤬🤬🤬 This is pathetic

    I'm guessing because I got the vaccine @ShawInfo decided I didn't need the internet anymore because I am now 5g The problem is, I don't know how to log into my vaccine network and still need my home internet to work.

    @Shawhelp Hi. I tried to get the fibre+300 internet for my home (monthly) yesterday,but when inserted my credit card to finish the purchase, there was an technical issue. Tried to call but nobody was working at that time. Do I need to call Shaw to get the Fibre+300 home internet?

    @Shawhelp Yet again, BlueCurve continues to disappoint. Ethernet not working, wifi disconnects every 5 mins, slow internet. No indication that it’s on our side, so can you guys please fix your side? You know some of us work from home, right?

    @Jaytriks @Shawhelp @TELUS I had INET and TV problems for the last year with #Shaw . This last month first month in 13 everything worked. But little effort on their part to keep me as a customer or apologize or ?
