I tried calling my husband’s cell and got a message that the number you have dialled is not in service. Same when I tried calling my own cell. I could only call him using my cell. Since you own @FreedomMobile fix it.

Shantanu Gupta (@shantanugupta) reported@ShawInfo @Shawhelp it’s been 1 weeks since I have got on GIG + internet. Your team says speed varying between 700-800 is acceptable? I see only 400 🙄And yeah, you haven’t adjusted my bill even! Any fix? Or buyer remorse route 🤷

Holly (@HollyHLynn) reported@Shawhelp I talked to a Shaw representative and they told me there IS an outage and I'm currently waiting for it to be fixed. I have screenshots to provide. And I don't see any Shaw trucks in my area. I have troubleshooted, and the outcome was outage.
