And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

    .@ShawInfo @TELUSsupport Expects tech support to actually provide more support than “can you try unplugging”. If I’m calling you I’ve already unplugged - waited - plugged back in. Will gladly pay fees to get out of contract. Someone help me get reliable internet. 2/2

    Thanks @Shawhelp for all the help today. 22 years with @telus and @TELUSsupport literally told me how to switch providers without even asking why. Now THATS how you retain customers. Will switch my wife’s plan from Telus too.

    @Shawhelp You too, thanks for the reply. I never thought it could be limited to just my system, since I’ve never seen this before. It would be yet another weird one, but it could be that my receiver needs a forced reset. I hate doing it, though, when it’s nearly every day...
