    @Shawhelp It's not my account. As I mentioned, it's for my grandma in her eighties. And your phone service has been out since Tuesday of last week. I don't have her account number as I can't get ahold of her. I've sent you a DM with the info I have.

    Hi @ShawInfo @Shawhelp My grandma in her eighties in Metro Vancouver has had no Shaw phone service (NO dial tone) since last Tues (Nov 17). I spoke with your CS & they have a scheduled service call for the end of week. Given the circumstances, can you get a tech out sooner?

    @Shawhelp @CastanetNews So now texting with Shaw Help the answer “again” is they’ll email me a return label (which I’ve told them I don’t have a printer) AND Canada post won’t do a pick up at a residence!

    @MattCundill @Shawhelp Oh I was on with a tech( got thru to a real person....until the clock hit 11pm and the line went dead! Shaw has certainly gone down in terms of support in recent years
