  @Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify.   @Shawhelp As a Shaw residential customer, I visited Shaw store in Chinook for a mobile. Shaw agent asked if I have credit card. She said without credit card, I won’t be able to get a mobile. I do have credit card...but why would you need my card number for? Go check my credit

  @Shawhelp good day! I have a no sound/tv goes black issue. Troubleshooting the tv is good, so I've narrowed down the problem to the HDMI cable or the box. Could I get a reset on my box to see if that fixes the issue before I spend money on a new cable?
