Bob Woodside (@BobWoodside4) reported@Shawhelp Shaw used to have some department in customer service that could do "magic" with rates for long time customers who weren't happy with the rates but I've heard rumours that's gone now - it's pay the posted rates or bye - true?

Someone went in and said they couldn’t do anything and left. That was it. And she’s paying for the service. We need another recourse not just to call the help line again.
