@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

Seems there is no wiggle room or negotiation on pricing for internet/TV any longer with @Shawhelp. "Sorry to see you leave" is now part of the playbook if you call and simply try to match the current pricing on a 2-year service plan. It's been a long time, since the Rogers days.

@Shawhelp Yes Nov 10th morning to 7am. It has continued to be down and is still currently down. I have called and messaged and was informed there was an outage they are working on. Would be nice for a site update with relevant information. But I will DM you and delete this if I am wrong

@Shawhelp SpeedTest and your own speed test showing either no upload or very slow. This has been going on since yesterday. TV screwed up yesterday.
