They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

But they keep billing you and hitting you with late charges and threatening cancellation… …when you have already cancelled and sent back modem & tv box, proven by courier waybill.

The point is releasing an app that doesn’t support iOS 26.4.2 - and thereby angering EVERY customer who has an Apple device. When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.

Dave (@Danrek77) reported@Shawhelp Yes, I didn’t even unbox this new one. I had contacted support immediately after taking the package from Purolator because the box looked trashed. My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label
