    @Shawhelp I've been keeping an eye out for updates on your website, and they're pretty scarce. I understand that the repairs will take time, but it would be nice to have something to reference. Even knowing what the issue is would help, right now your customers have nothing to go off.

    Pretty disgusting the monopoly on telecommunications in Canada. @PierrePoilievre Also never deal with @Shawhelp worst customer service ever.
