@TELUSsupport Also for home service switch over to @Shawhelp. I’m on Shaw never had an issue tv is the best bluecurve. And I got internet 300 never had an issue or drop. With Telus I always had issues

@ShawInfo If is disgraceful how a customer is treated like a thief when your ppl have clearly made an error.Too bad $50 is now going to cost you our other account, our business account, and two family accounts that we manage. A customer of years has never felt soo disgusted.
