@Shawhelp It's not even that, your service department is so useless it's not worth paying them. They shouldn't have jobs. They sit there doing nothing keeping people on hold for almost an hour, and then look at the screen for 2 seconds to put them back on hold 'because they can't help'

@Shawhelp Of all my years being forced to go with Shaw, I have never actually gotten a internet connection remotely close to what was advertised. If you live in an area where Shaw can gauge you, they will.
