@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m not sure what is going on with your company anymore but I just had the most horrific incident with one of your telephone agents. I was gaslit, lied to, and treated like scum. I’m almost in tears. @Shawhelp can you do better? I give up.

Shaw has the worst service. After being overcharged for 3 months, I contact billing and 2 holds later I am on hold again indefinitely, with no idea where I will end up. What a huge waste of time and crappy customer service. @ShawInfo

4/x September 21st, almost a month later, the questionable staff of @shawhelp confirmed with me that my balance was no longer owing and that they’ve notified Pro Collections to take me off of their Collections list (which I should have never been put on in the first place).

@ShawHelp You know how you sent out a tech to fix the outage in the Sunalta area in Calgary today? I think they kicked the plug out because my connection has been unstable since.

Just renewed with @Shawhelp and all I can say is thankfully I have 10 days to cancel and get out of this horrible new glitchy service. Activation is a nightmare. Nothing is working. Does not bode well for the future. Looking into switching everything to @TELUS
