    @ShawInfo after numerous attempts trying to get my refund cheque for almost 2 years now, I still never received a cheque, and today was told to go in person to an address that no employee even works at to see if anything can be done. Terrible customer service on your part.

    SHAW was running new cable to my neighbors house and now my internet is offline. Customer support told me it would take 4 days to have a tech come out, and that is best they can do. We work from home and have used most of our cellular data. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp @Crackmacs

    @Shawhelp What is happening with regards to the poor HDTV signal for some channels in Lethbridge. Many are unwatchable

    @Shawhelp I am in Thunder Bay. Just noticed that about 30 Channels have disappeared from my service. I phoned earlier today and had to pay to restore the Golf Channel. Now I see that lots of channels - like CNN, are gone. Never missed a payment, never late - customer for 35 years.

    @Shawhelp why does Shaw do an update at 3:50pm & then knocks out our internet & cable?! So many problems w/ Shaw & BlueCurve! Now no wifi or cable. Thankfully we use Bell for my cell phone or we’d have no internet at all. #fixit #unreliableShaw

    @Shawhelp Hi there. My cable services aren’t working, as well as my pvr recordings are all gone. Same problem last night but I was able to resolve after restarting.

    @Shawhelp you need to get it together... the amount of issues we have been having has me thinking why I'm spending so much on tv and internet for it not to work properly
