    Did @Shawhelp seriously just tank Edmonton and surrounding area’s internet? Wow. I miss @TELUS. I never had any outages like this when I was with them. This is crazy.

    @ShawInfo How come my internet turns off every day for 10 or more minutes? I never had this issue with Telus. I work from home during the day and night and depend on my internet, I pay over a hundred dollars a month I expect better service. #straightenup #CustomerExperience

    Yay internet is down @Shawhelp ... no way to call for tech support so I messaged the chat function online and no agent has jumped on in.. 20min... so thats fun.

    @Shawhelp No it was down just long enough to be a serious inconvenience. Don't worry though, I'm sure it'll go down again tomorrow. The service I'm provided is absolute trash.
