@Shawhelp Don, our Wifi is unstable due to too many WiFi networks being on the same channel. We are on 300MB/sec and a Bluecurve Gateway. There are 6 WiFi networks on 2.4GHz Ch1, and 5 on 5GHz Ch155. How do I change the BlueCurve Gateway's WiFi Channels?

  • dcsp66 DC (@dcsp66) reported

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo 2 days of messaging with Shaw system techs and I am getting no where. I pay for 300mbs internet and I am getting some very slow speeds. Latest speed test. 1.8mbs. Unusable!! I had better internet when I used a dialup modem back in the day!

@Shawhelp No worries. I finally got the issue resolved. I don't blame the CSR's and I'm never rude to them. It's your bosses I'd like to yell at. ;-)

@Shawhelp Argh. Just wanted to speak to a human so I didn't have to type out the answers to the multitude of questions over chat. Scheduled 2 callbacks so that they would be "ready" to speak to me but had to hang up after 20+ mins of being on hold both times when THEY called me.

  • adifood1234 Adi lally (@adifood1234) reported

@Shawhelp Ngl but Shaw also has one of the most nicest techs and customer service reps always willing to help! And the best home phone service to I hope they will have a feature after talking with a rep to leave a feedback. !!

Looks like @ShawInfo has competition for worst customer service of 2020 with @ServiceCanada_E @ServiceCAN_Joke

@Shawhelp Hi, I would like to know when your network, including Bluecurve, will become stable. It used to be fine, and for the last 3 weeks it's been up and down like a yo-yo.
