@Shawhelp That sounds like absolute bureaucratic nonsense to be honest. So you’ve arranged it so even your customers don’t even know what they are supposed to be getting in terms of speed? I’m going to be doing a much bigger investigation into this because this is shady as ****.

@LandryLes @Shawhelp I had a terrible experience. I called several times to renegotiate when I was a struggling single mom & was treated like crap. I had to take the equipment back & stand in line for 3/4 hour w/ kids only to be asked why I didn't call & renegotiate. If the kids weren't there... 🤯🤬

@Shawhelp After over an hour with customer support, I was told that 25 Mbps is the actual maximum for this area. Talking with others around this area, I was told they too were told they were getting 100Mbps upload and were only getting 25 mbps

@Shawhelp how often is your outage page updated? Myself and my neighbors have no service so I’m pretty sure it isn’t linked to each of us needed to reset our routers...

@Shawhelp what's the point of paying for service when it's always down or having issues. I pay way too much for this

@Shawhelp See, that’s the problem. You guys are just going to sit back and collect their money, unless they NOTICE that you’re charging them for something they aren’t getting. Well, they can certainly be made to notice. Which news agencies should I be contacting about this?

@TransLinkNews @ShawInfo @FreedomMobile This is great. But what about that non-underground dead zone between Joyce and Commercial-Broadway? Especially bad at 29th Ave station. Very unsafe for us Freedom users.

@Shawhelp Stop sending me junk mail addressed “Hello neighbor” to skirt mail regulations. Have been complaining about this for years & none of your employees will help.
