    @Shawhelp service has been out since yesterday. I have an incident number. It is still out today & is now affecting my ability to work from home. Can I get more information on the expected resolution. Rethinking my relationship with Shaw now as an outage this long is unacceptable

    Above are my DMs with @ShawInfo these do not include my conversation with the company they hire to take their customer calls which is GATESTONEco whom pays me via Shaw Communications Canada I cannot believe this happened to me I been scammed before but never by a company this big

    Putting in like 15 requests to @ShawInfo’s DigShaw system because they inexplicably refuse to use the already existing and superior provincial OneCall system run by @Utility_Safety. Maybe the Rogers merger will finally shut down this silly redundancy?
