@ShawInfo I got scammed to signing for 2 years on the latest Shaw Bluecurve home service. Bluecurve has made me blue. Total inferior to the previous system Shaw supplied. Much less adjustable to customize remote. The worst is random pauses while watching TV. It just stops.

@Shawhelp - Why is your customer service so crappy? Why do the agents have to ask for a “secure form” for every thing? I had to spend 30min+ on a small issue doing back and forth with the agent. Why is that? Why not make it simpler to get help for your low grade service?
