    @Shawhelp I did - still no response. Lack of information and communication is horrible. We all just information just blaming a power outage when we all have power seems strange. No backups or other service models seems pretty antiquated.

    @jsbmbaggedmilk @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp Telus never cancelled our service outright, but it took us over 2 weeks to actually get through to someone in the "right department" to get our unreliable service looked at. First time I have ever considered leaving telus

    Still no internet or phone service. I'm in a two year contract, but so far it's been 4 days without service. Will Shaw still charge for services not provided? @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp my parents street in coaldale Alberta hasn’t had reliable service since early December. No internet, spotty tv and today their phone went down. No one at Shaw will help.. is there a customer retention team that can escalate and get them fixed? At least 14 homes affected
