    @Shawhelp No need for a DM, seems like a weird thing to need for an outage report. The point of twitter is to be public. If you wish to deal with things privately perhaps a public forum was a poor choice? Coincidentally out again, since 1:25pm and ongoing.

    @TheJourneyGenie @freespiritus @Shawhelp I have just internet that went from 50 to 70 with no notice I called them and demanded they cancel my service Then they got a manager to talk to me and gave me 10 times faster speed for 59 99 and 3 months free I was paying 70 for internet that was 39.99 3 yrs later I pay 99

    @Shawhelp Wifi down and was told by your customer service that an old modem was put in by Shaw. My debit machine won't work until a technician comes to update your old modem. Why am I having a hard time getting confirmation as to when they are coming????

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp I'm so frustrated. Our business line got disconnected. I've spoken to 4 different customer service/billing representatives and nobody can tell me why? I was promised a call back today and nothing....!

    @Shawhelp @MikolWelham We complain and nothing is done. I mentioned the speed (or lack thereof) of my newer cable box, and nothing was done. You come off like a caring company in public, but privately you’re socking it to us and not giving good customer service. 😡

    @ShawInfo I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get help with my account. Either the agent says they’ll call me back or I get cut off. I never get a call back. Why can’t @ShawInfo do their job and assist me with my account?
