    @Shawhelp just got off the chat with amazon, they say they are sending emails. I have no spam filters on. But the emails aren't coming through! I'm not the only shaw email address with this problem Please tell me someone hasn't put a block on amazon emails during lockdown!

    @ShawInfo Spending an hr in Chat 'trying' to order a replacement remote control and not getting a resolution before I had to leave (remember this took an hr) is not my idea of good customer service. Suppose will try another day when I have an hr to waste....

    Hello @Shawhelp, one of your support technicians decided it would be fine to reboot my connection without warning or saying anything first and caused me to disconnect from a lot of important things all at once. Really fantastic customer service thank you.
