@NapsAndSarcasm @Shawhelp The square thing is beside every tv; my modem is on the main floor (recommended by shaw) and I have a network switch thingy in the basement) when I signed up for blue curve I was told I’d be getting portals that could hardwire directly to the tv via Ethernet. They lied

@musicbaum @ShawInfo When my Grandma died and we cancelled her services they were almost militant about us sending her equipment back. It was so odd because usually their customer service is pretty good - in my experience.
