  • BanksAleana Aleana (@BanksAleana) reported

@ShawInfo very disappointed with how you have handled a 20+ year customer. No customer loyalty at all.

@ShawInfo you’ve done it again. Messed us around and we don’t have internet. Talked us into an upgrade, doesn’t work, can’t send a tech til Tuesday. How am I supposed to work? I work from home. Crummy service.

@Shawhelp does KVOS MeTV (channel 157 in Central City, Surrey) broadcast in standard definition or is their signal poor? I know it's showing old programming, but even the commercials pixelate pretty badly at times.

  • surging_killer Robert M (@surging_killer) reported

@Shawhelp why is your service down bc east Kootenay region

  • mrkaswa mr kaswa (@mrkaswa) reported

@Shawhelp Sorry, but no. In all honesty, it's not worth it for me and the amount of time I watch this channel. I unplug, reset, watch other channels, the whole rigmarole, and then the problem was yours (or possibly the channel's) all along.
