Just got home from Winnipeg only to find out our @ShawInfo is down no cable no internet no phone and the earliest they can get someone out is 19 January unacceptable

Is @ShawInfo a branch of @AirCanada because I have been on the phone with them for the last 3 hours and there costumer services is identical 3 hours of my life I will never get back

@Shawhelp Thanks Don. I did contact tech support and they confirmed that there is no way to turn these off. I do wonder why the decision was made to disallow turning off the radios when in bridge mode (which bypasses the need for the modem to provide WiFi altogether). Bizarre.

@ShawInfo Its been more than 20 hours with no internet,Tv and phone service in my house. This is second time in last three weeks..I had telus for 6 years never had a single time program.

@Shawhelp Man idk if it’s cause the router you’ve supplied is out dated or whatever but it drops connection out of nowhere pretty regularly and will not come back for hours. Pretty inconsistent service. Really thinking of switching to Telus. This happens far too often.

@ShawInfo hey how many service calls does it take to replace the underground cable? We’re at 4+ calls, 2 cables on the ground across the alley and TWO paying customers absolutely not happy.

We lost @Shawhelp in #surreybc this morning around midnight…we remain disconnected. On Canada Day we went 28 hours. 48 hours without service in less than 3 weeks. Both times crews are deployed to Fraser Highway where the SkyTrain construction is beginning.
