Is @ShawInfo a branch of @AirCanada because I have been on the phone with them for the last 3 hours and there costumer services is identical 3 hours of my life I will never get back

Just got home from Winnipeg only to find out our @ShawInfo is down no cable no internet no phone and the earliest they can get someone out is 19 January unacceptable

@ShawInfo I keep getting a call from 1-833-793-1026. Searches show this is from a Shaw loyalty department for a contract renewal. If true, why hang up when I answer. I would like to discuss my contract renewal rates.

Well I don't know who @ShawInfo cares, but your ****** policies just lost you a long term +20 year customer. Refuse to keep me as a customer with another 2 year contract because you won't allow me to change your ****** packages early to keep this customer? #ShawDoesNotCare

@Shawhelp this has been bothering me for couple months now have bluecurve TV & in the guide the time top right says for example 1158 AM but remote voice command shows time will say 12:00 noon & tv show has started, so guide is out 2 mins late. Any fix?

@daashiki @Shawhelp That’s the part that bugs me the most “no outages to report” The room mate spent ten minutes futzing with the box, resetting this and that and it finally came back. What was weird is the wifi signal never once indicated no network. Full bars just no access for connecting,
