@Shawhelp Like, I really had no reason to upgrade from 1 gigabit to 2 and this “delivery experience” and the subsequent support “experience” has me kind of convinced to just keep what I had and unwind the upgrade.

  • BlackBlazeE
    Release the files (@BlackBlazeE) reported

No stream today as the internet issues are back. Weirdly consistent numbers on up/down speeds, and ping when this happens. Almost like @ShawInfo is throttling our connection.

@Shawhelp today is the third day I have been trying to contact your technical support and it is heartbreaking. On one of those days I waited on the call for over 5 hours and no one answered. Can someone reach out to me please? Thank you.

@Shawhelp No timeline, no email confirmation, and I’m not a new customer. I’m being billed for 2 gigabit now, without the hardware for it. I am hesitant to send this beat up box back without knowing I will be getting hardware to actually use the service

@Shawhelp I can no longer access the Xfinity app to view my security cameras ever since this single sign on update. I have tried different devices and it’s the same. It keeps taking me back to the sign in page after entering my credentials. Please help asap
