    Is @ShawInfo a branch of @AirCanada because I have been on the phone with them for the last 3 hours and there costumer services is identical 3 hours of my life I will never get back

    @Shawhelp And I'm continuing to tweet as I believe the level of support that you've provided me today was unacceptable and Shaw needs to be publicly called out for this on the basis that public perception seems to be the only way to ever bring about change in 'too big' organizations!

    @Shawhelp Yes I know there's an issue in my area that has come and gone multiple times and you aren't fixing it. Between Telus Ingress on the plant and a botched infrastructure leg somewhere... IT JUST NEEDS TO BE FIXED... I know this because I used to work for you guys. FIX THIS.

    @Shawhelp Yes, I did every step. Your website says nothing wrong. Outage page says you're working on it. Near by neighbour. Attempted chat, got nowhere fast, just looped back to troubleshooting page. Couldn't get to support.
