Seems @Rogers is buying @ShawInfo and @FreedomMobile. Had just made the switch to Freedom last year and have been pretty happy, but after my contract expires, I’ll no longer be Freedom customer because I dislike Rogers *that* much. :(

@Shawhelp I’m aware of the site, and if this is such a big outage then updates should be more timely. It’s almost 90 minutes since last update. I suspect this is also impacting Shaw Business customers and they have an SLA on both updates and repairs. When will the next update be posted?

@SneakyCanadian @Shawhelp TELUS is no better. In fact less transparent on outages. When our business had TELUS we had nothing but issues with them reporting on outages. In this case we’ve been told it’s a fibre cut, at least Shaw is working on it, TELUS would still be discussing how to solve.

@stickers66 @ShawInfo Funny! This is when I usually boast about my flawless Telus setup... except it went down yesterday. No ability to short-cut the script, had to factory reset the modem twice before they'd check with provisioning dept and discover they'd forgotten there was an account on the line
