@Shawhelp Yes, I'm aware how you want to take my complaint offline to protect your brand. I'm telling you your company will not do anything other than tell me to restart my router, while it's actually a problem on your end. My communities Facebook page is filled with complaints right now.

@Shawhelp worst customer service. Lied to by multiple reps today saying my tech issue was the result of an outage because they were too lazy to do their job. Now I have to wait until Friday for a service appointment when the problem is clearly the modem which needs to be swapped
