@Shawhelp I wish you guys could show one time customer service gesture to me who have been using shaw for more than 4 years and paid bill right on the date of invoice date every single time by waiving cancellation fee

@Shawhelp It has been resolved (after an hour talking with your agent). I will say, disconnecting people in the middle of the work day without notice is really poor behavior. We are in a pandemic, and this makes me consider other providers.

@weezardofoz @Shawhelp Lots of games are region-locked and I’m not a fan of pirating as I’d rather support the ppl who broadcast for a living. $200 isn’t that bad for basically every NHL game all year.
