@Shawhelp I want to cancel my services immediately. Two weeks I’ve been trying to set up a service call b/c my cable and internet sucks. Today you can’t even access my account your systems are down. Telus is coming in tmw to replace cable and internet. I want a month refund!

@Shawhelp can you help me navigate how to launch Disney+ on my blue curve? We just installed yesterday and signed up on Wednesday after switching from telus. I was told during the call Disney+ would be available but I don’t see it. Any help?
