@Shawhelp Tech support not needed unless you can make Blue Curve actually live TV (it’s about 1.5 min behind), fix the FFWD (so slow), stop the glitching/random cutting out issues. So many problems with it.

Hey @Shawhelp @ShawInfo we have been trying to get our Shaw internet fixed for over a year. Today, the service guy didn’t show up after we waited almost 2 weeks for the appt. We have no internet. You are happily charging our credit card every month for 1 gig of speed. Help us!
