My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label

D (@superdaddoo) reported@TELUS - Help us! @ShawInfo has had saturated nodes and been overcharging our community for internet. I pay for 2gbps and get between 280mbps - 800mbps starting at 3:00 pm with further degradation into late evening. No ETA for new infrastructure. Need Fibre here ASAP.

This 'easy self-install' cost me a half-day & cost Rogers Shaw 3 hours of tech time, just so it could save a few bucks by not sending a techie. And we pay $$$$ for this.

On top of that Canadians couldn't watch the Hlinka Gretzky Cup Gold Medal Hockey Game on Saturday without buying a special package, regular cable didn't carry it! How pathetic is that! We here at the Black Blaze Collective assume that either the @TheJusticeDept is once again trying to stop us, or that Rogers/Shaw also defends pedos. The most likely case is sheer incompetence given what we know about the structure within Rogers/Shaw, but our narrative sounds better. Indoctrination broadcasts will resume ASAP.
