    @ShawInfo I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get help with my account. Either the agent says they’ll call me back or I get cut off. I never get a call back. Why can’t @ShawInfo do their job and assist me with my account?

    @Shawhelp our internet has been out in Airdrie for the past few hours and the service site has said nothing about an active outage. Anything you have about an update to the situation?

    @Shawhelp @MikolWelham We complain and nothing is done. I mentioned the speed (or lack thereof) of my newer cable box, and nothing was done. You come off like a caring company in public, but privately you’re socking it to us and not giving good customer service. 😡
