    @S_P_Patrick @Shawhelp Same with downtown Edmonton. Internet speed is fine but TV keeps freezing even after multiple restarts. I've been with shaw for decades and this bluecurve TV which is dependent on wifi is by far the worst TV experience I've had.

    @Shawhelp On Demand is missing a bunch of episodes from @prodigalsonfox Season 2 on Global. Available episodes jump from 7 to 11...8 thru 10 are missing. Can you help?

    @Shawhelp pretty sure you can't help since it's affected more than one customer. PVR playback is fine. Channels are gone.
