@ShawInfo There's a reason behind the generic design of a thin rectangle in electronics. It's to allow the heat to spread and disappait. This unit is not designed as such so no wonder it sucks at regulating it's internal temperature.

@GraemeFreeman @ShawInfo You would not trust an ISP with your home network so it's not like that's too much of a concern. I cannot imagine ever operating my home network via an ISP's Modem's router features.

I seriously recommend that people NOT get services with @Shawhelp. They don't keep their word and customer service is atrocious. Telus is your better option.

@Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?
