    We are a relatively new customer to Shaw. @Shawhelp once or twice a week we lose our internet tv connection. We never had these problems with @TELUS What is up with the constant loss of connection? And you drop signals too (separate issue).

    @CRTCeng @Rogers @ShawInfo So shaw satellite will be affected.. great add another 40 bucks on top of we already pay.. and I thought the CRTC was here to help the consumers and stop **** like this.. like how YOU were going to help reduce cell phone bills THAT HAS YET TO HAPPEN.

    @sarahmortonvan @Shawhelp I recommend you contact a professional for help,I had similar problem with my account few weeks ago and I tried reaching out to customer support but no positive response, Cognic_apex on Instagram got it all fixed,I recommend you message him.

    @Shawhelp you need to improve your customer support. 21 min and counting to verify an account. every 6 min with a question. no HELP yet. this is ludicrous support!

    @Shawhelp good day, I keep getting a error msg on my TV x7 days now …and reception is glitching a lot. Can I get some help from your end please. I’ve done a complete reset.

    @Shawhelp It's not an account issue. The fibre+ gateway 2 doesnt allow port forwarding thru the IP like most modems. It directs you to the app, which is hit or miss showing devices that are connected. Port forwarding should take 5 minutes. Forwarding by device is silly
