DJ Phoenix (@DJPh03NiX) reported@Shawhelp The site keeps hanging. I get an error saying to wait or close the site. It’s slow as heck. The site shows an error saying it can’t pull up billing information. Shows a $0 balance when it’s not.
-
Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reported@Shawhelp We ended up setting up email forwarding, but I don't know if everything is forwarded. It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.
-
Trina M. Lee (@TrinaMLee) reported@Shawhelp is there any reason why the Wi-Fi is cutting out repeatedly in stony plain? It’s been happening all weekend but got really bad this morning.
-
Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reported@Shawhelp You have NO IDEA how inconvenient it is, especially when you are in the middle of transferring between flights and hotels and your email is down.
-
Megan (@M_So) reportedIs anyone else in #Winnipeg having trouble with their @Shawhelp internet. I’m doing everything I can to avoid calling but I fear it’s inevitable…

Matthew Johnson (@McJohnson922) reported@Shawhelp So yeah, you'll have to forgive me if I'm not particularly inclined to spend my Christmas Eve on the phone with tech support, with high chances of it being the same unhelpful support guy as last time.
-
D (@superdaddoo) reported@TELUS - Help us! @ShawInfo has had saturated nodes and been overcharging our community for internet. I pay for 2gbps and get between 280mbps - 800mbps starting at 3:00 pm with further degradation into late evening. No ETA for new infrastructure. Need Fibre here ASAP.
-
Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp Yes, the new TV box (#2) is running, however, without a cable, the signal sometimes cuts out - the Internet might be down or slow for a nanosecond. Our WiFi shows as being strong.
