    Does anyone else have problems with their Shaw/Telus internet in Canada? It seems to cut out ALL the time and is super slow at times even though I pay for highest speed. Started in early 2020. Friggin ANNOYING. Worst internet providers ever. @ShawInfo @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport

    @ShawInfo I’ve had Shaw pixilation/freezing since March. The issue continues despite many calls and 2 tech visits. Every time I call tech support they have no notes about my previous calls and we start over. TV service is still unwatchable. How can I get what I’m paying for?😐

    @Shawhelp seems like the wifi goes down a few nights a week at around this time. horrible experience very tempted to switch internet providers

    Hey @Shawhelp i have a question. Why do you keep phoning me and asking if I want a new package? I have said no. I appreciate the Internet service but your customer service has crossed the line into spam.

    @Shawhelp for a few days the audio has been cutting out & video pixelates while watching TV. This was supposed to be fixed a while back? If we're not receiving 100% service, we shouldn't be paying 100% of the bill.

    Had to chat in with CS to be told why it’s down (they’re replacing hardware, apparently). Again, no warning about this or anything. Apparently Shaw thinks nobody stays awake past midnight. Please do better with notifying customers of seemingly planned outages @Shawhelp.
