@Shawhelp Nope - not more complicated than a 5th line/phone. Told the 5th line is a big problem and can only be done in a retail store! Sometimes families are more than 4 people - its true!

@Shawhelp Internet & TV down since last eve. Soonest you can send support I was told is Thursday????? I hope you will also reduce my billing cycle by the 4+ days of ZERO service. And you can expect my bill for 4 days of lost wages as I can’t work without this service.

.@Shawhelp Just had a horrible experience with Shaw Support. Tried to get assistance in figuring out my passed father's email situation, and was hit with the least amount of help I've ever received from a chat support. Took a transcript. Just absolutely sub-par.
