Hey @shawinfo? The CRTC tells me that, if my/your simultaneous substitution problem continues, to inform them of every instance and, if it amounts to enough, they can force compensation. Guess what I will be doing every time this issue arises?

@Shawhelp I already spoke with one for 45 min. New modem allegedly hardwired to channel 157, skips back even if they change it manually. Having tech come on saturday. Please release the channel settings so we can change to less congested channels because your algo sucks for optimizing🧐

@Shawhelp morning! Internet went out around 3:30 pm yesterday in Burnaby region. Came back for 30 min at midnight and never came back and none this morning.. no reported outage on Shaw webpage or internetoutage page said there was outage?

@Shawhelp Just a question went into Shaw Home app other day noticing lot of network activity at round 2-3:00 AM. Why? well in bed at that time!
