@Shawhelp You can’t help, neither can call center. I’ve spent hours on the phone and done multiple hard resets. I’ll be switching providers and going after lost wage compensation

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I 👏 your customer service. Been a mobile cust. for 12 years. Was gonna upgrade my home Internet from @ShawInfo do to constant reliability issues. But there is no fibre here. Oh and I've been on hold for an hour just to ask if it coming.
