Hugh Gillis 🇨🇦 (@hgillis) reported@Shawhelp I haven't been able to login to my account in 2 months. I can't stream from any of my devices because I can't login. I"ve called your support 4 times and just keep getting told to try again in a week. Are you ever going to fix this problem?

DJ Phoenix (@DJPh03NiX) reported@Shawhelp Doesn’t help. Same issue both on the website and the mobile app.

BWM (@BarryManovich) reported@Shawhelp @oppp Hi there. Can you please tell me how I can connect to support. I’m unable to connect my Outlook (MS 365) subscription using Exchange ActiveSync with my MacBook. It works on my iPhone but not MacBook. Thanks.

Roselle E (@RoselleE14) reported@Shawhelp @Shawhelp yes agreed and it would be helpful if you had a public resource not one only within your account. Even when I look in our account it simply only says network outage since 7:35am and that it is being looked into. @bchydro does this very well and is transparent

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp It shouldn’t be a persistent problem to have wifi outages everyday. It’s becoming too much of a problem when I’m covering the cost of a service you provide for over $100 a month.

RogersHelps (@RogersHelps) reported@jcnhooper @Shawhelp Hi James. Please connect with technical support at 1-888-764-3771 so we can ensure proper steps are being taken to resolve any technical issues you are experiencing. -Eric

b ☾ (@brandobrennan) reported@Shawhelp No, the live chat people sent me to the phone number. I am trying to cancel my service as I have MOVED and no longer need my own internet. I don’t know if one single person is working the line, but this is ridiculous. Even in-store wouldn’t help me.

Release the files (@BlackBlazeE) reportedNo stream today as the internet issues are back. Weirdly consistent numbers on up/down speeds, and ping when this happens. Almost like @ShawInfo is throttling our connection.
-
Alex Deggs (@Alex_Deggs) reported@Shawhelp I have tried all before contacting you. Besides I have tried to login on different devices that I have never used my Rogers account on and it’s the same. Takes me back to login page. Is there somewhere I can be referred to for more help. My security cameras are super important
