@Shawhelp not getting anywhere messaging @ShawDirect My PVR box failed , I assessed with and agent 19 days ago. No new box has arrived, online support gave me a tracking number . And it was returned to sender. Never even made it to my PO BOX . Can somebody inbox me pls.

@The_Mrs_Ward @Rogers @ShawInfo When I spoke to Shaw Customer service I was told it was a Disney issue & Disney was investigating/fixing. However he didn’t seem to comprehend that my Disney was working just fine on my iPhone app. So if it’s a Disney issue then both wouldn’t be working. Poor customer service.

@ravenfairy13 @Rogers @ShawInfo Yes, Disney works well on all my other platforms, so I agree it has to be an issue with their app. I do wonder if now that Roger's has taken over if some testing is happening and messing things up.

@Shawhelp what is going on with internet in Taradale Calgary? There was a service alert yesterday and this morning we are still losing internet every 5 minutes, then connects, then loses internet, rinse and repeat. What is going on and when is it being fixed? Website says nothing

@Shawhelp YOU guys have been great, I have done everything that I can at this point. Even going so far as completely wiping and reinstalling my own computer after line tech came and ran a new line from box to my modem. It's either throttling, or an infrastructure problem at this point…
