@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I had Shaw for a week and the picture quality was so bad. They attempted to make everything better installing old wired equipment and that didn’t help. Went back to Telus again and all was good. I am having some router issues though now. Haven’t had time to call them.

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Just as bad. I have called every month since the beginning of my contract as the billing is always incorrect. It’s been 7 months. Ugggh

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Telus is so much better. Especially on the service end of things. They also dish out discounts to their existing customers like crazy. All u have to do is ask. I’ve been with them since they began Optik TV

@Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp If that doesn't fix the problem they should test your line/communication from their office. It sounds to me like you'd need a new router but I do have to do this to mine once in a while.
