    @Shawhelp Nope, connected to my Shaw wifi it’s fine…but once I step outside the house and use my Rogers signal, it’s blacked out.

    Thanks for the help yesterday Z @Shawhelp. Just have a few questions. Do you guys need the old Cable box back? Will the 4K blue curve boxes I have work on a 1080 tv? Or do they only work on a 4K screen? Just asking as I have 2 of the 4K boxes but only one 4K tv in the house.

    @Shawhelp @annelisegashus Now it just keeps going on and off on and off. terrible service. I constantly call you and guys do that absolute bare minimum to fix it

    @Shawhelp We promptly contacted an agent. You then verified again that you owe us $$. We were promised no more calls. Yet calls are still coming. I cannot believe this is how you treat good past customers.
