Wow, I have spent so much time with @Shawhelp trying to unlock my email account today. So useless. Waste my time and still don't get it unlocked. Forever to "chat" with support, probably somewhere overseas.

@Shawhelp What's the point, your service guy has just told me that 200 -300 mb download speeds are fine on the 1 GB package. That you don't guarantee anything.

@Shawhelp and im sure there has been contact but i tune in every day to him stream and its constant not a day goes by that there is major problems. I really hope yall do get it fixed i bounce around alot of streamers and am part of a huge community. he has what it takes to be huge1/2
