@megstoll @Shawhelp @TELUS I still have PTSD from dealing with Shaw. It was just awful. When they finally laid the fibre optic lines I couldn't have been happier to go to Telus. Yes, they've overly expensive, but they always deliver what they advertise. Which is a lot more than I could say for Shaw

@Shawhelp Problem may be there are so many different Shaw wifis available. No way to know which are free and which are for customers.

@Shawhelp The details are well known by your technical team. Unless the entire system has been borked, like last year, selecting "OK", changing channels away and back fixes the issue. As stated, I've had it with Shaw's inability to fix it or their indifference.

@megstoll @Shawhelp @TELUS I had 4 years of paying for their internet 75... on a good day, you might get 5-10... about half the time it was practically dial up. They didn't do a damn thing until Telus upgraded and ate their lunch, then seem mystified why so many people dumped them

@Shawhelp Help or lack there of? I have no internet and shaw will do nothing about it except they are sending a technician to my home on October 28th.. That is nearly 30 years as a customer of Shaw that Shaw is tossing out the window.

Tuned into TSN3 at 4:00 pm to watch the @EdmontonOilers and nada... we pay for the channel via #shawsatellite but can't watch it. Tried @Shawhelp only to be told its a known issue but that's it. Bet that won't be reflected in the bill.

@JockCartier @Shawhelp @TELUS Yeah, it’s insane how horrible the service is. My parents have faster internet on a farm in the middle of nowhere, Saskatchewan. Brutal.
