    Another day has gone by and still no internet from @Shawhelp @ShawInfo. Working from home with no internet is difficult to say the least. Unfortunately @Shawhelp doesn't care enough to make this a priority. Now on day 5 of 10 with no internet. Look elsewhere for service

    Yet another day with no @Shawhelp @ShawInfo internet. How long will this go on. Customer service says it's urgent but their response tells a different story. look elsewhere if you need reliable internet

    @Shawhelp Hi! I use the bluecurve app and when I start it the volume is always ay high 🙄 even when I had it previously set to reg or low volume. How do I fix this? Thanks
