    @Shawhelp My tv keeps going black on most channels signal good and black out then back again I rebooted the PVR hmm

    @WpgSportsNerd @Shawhelp Was down here for far too many hours and when I got it back, after going through hell rebooting, things changed on my Home Screen and the Shaw icon completely disappeared as did my Samsung tv icon. Mess!

    @Shawhelp cable keeps cutting in and out, Langley BC. Your website isn’t helpful with outage info, or chat options. Neighbors have the the same issue! Hope this is fixed before @Jeopardy

    @Shawhelp channels keep cutting in and out. This is a super common problem with Shaw that never seems to get fixed. Before you ask, yes, I did unplug and reset as I always do. I am still waiting to chat with an agent. #notgood #badservice

    @Shawhelp The crazy decision to close all offices in the Lower Mainland in favour of online/telephone only left out a whole segment of the population - People with disabilities, that need in person customer service. You've made things worse and harder and slower, NOT efficient!
