    Well that was strange I was messaging @shawinfo to get them to escalate my call to customer loyalty, and the agent flatly refused. I guess it's time for me to shop around. sigh #customerservice

    @Shawhelp Internet outage in North Van Edgemont area since about 1040pm. Came back very briefly for 2 minutes then gone again. I don’t see outage reports and I’ve had blue curve router issues before so wondering if it’s my hardware again.

    @grambowpg @Shawhelp @DolbyCinema I know. Their 4K is brutally compressed or not true 4K. Now a lot of other channels have banding and glitching, I’m assuming they’re having bandwidth issues.

    @Shawhelp Hey Shaw Help, my Blue Curve PVR does not record the complete show when I program it. So far it consistently only records 50% of several shows? Not too happy considering my monthly bills!

    @Shawhelp Service issueS. Outages and interruptions are the only thing we CAN count on. We have wasted hours upon hours on chat and phone with multiple reps. Offered to send us a new modem but then wanted us to sign a new contract. Hilarious. How bout give us equipment that actually works!

    @Shawhelp As I said. Both via a phone call today, then again in chat, I was told you are aware of the problem. I don’t need to speak to techs. It just needs to be fixed.
