@shawhelp Lately, whenever an emergency alert has been issued, I don't hear any audio as the alert is displayed, not even the tone. There's just a long period of silence. Is there a way this can be resolved?

@Shawhelp They never responded so I just power cycled the modem myself but with my shingles it hurt so much I was left crying in pain. Had to take extra painkillers because of this. Wish your equipment was reliable. Also a hearty **** YOU for putting me through this

@ryanjespersen @ShawInfo Get a business grade internet package from a provider who will offer you an SLA (uptime guarantee). It's amazing how little my ISP's enterprise service goes down compared to their residential and basic business service and it doesn't cost much more per month.

@ryanjespersen @ShawInfo Does it make you feel better/worse that they are about to become Rogers? The ISP that recently took down all of Canada?
