Ah… my favourite experience with @ShawInfo again. Trying to refresh my service, and if I, as a 20 year customer want to stay with Shaw, that’ll cost me $40/month more than a new customer. @Shawhelp you guys need to figure out that losing existing customers is not healthy

@Shawhelp We are, and as usual it’s unplug replug. My thought Is if I paid Shaw for the actual service received the company would be billing by the hour as that’s how ****** the service is on both customer service and services provided.

@ShawInfo if I call and you're closed, TELL ME YOU'RE ******* CLOSED instead of making me enter pin numbers and navigate menus just to find out you have **** customer service.

@Shawhelp The error “Something went wrong TVAPP-00115” is happening again when trying to cast with the Shaw TV app. I am able to cast with other apps. This is just an fyi, I won’t be contacting tech support for troubleshooting, it is a problem with the app.
