    It took me years to get away from Rogers and the horrible, skyrocketing service and costs. Now with the takeover of Shaw here we go again. Canadians pay more than any other country and we have just lost what little competition was left. CRTC waste of money. @ShawInfo @Rogers

    I got the email notification today that @ShawInfo and #Rogers are now the same company. I've been a loyal Shaw customer for decades.... I'll be watching this change very closely to see if I keep this loyalty. #nothappy

    As a very long @ShawInfo customer I would like to know how @Rogers will try to win me over. I know that they will not be able to match my Shaw wireless pricing. I'm currently paying $10/month and I see their cheapest plan is $85. I already feel *****.

    No internet for the last 12 hrs. When u speak to a @ShawInfo rep, they either are unaware of the outage or unclear on what to do. One rep later said their was an outage and its been fixed..called later and the other rep said no outage was reported..still no internet. Wth shaw?

    @Shawhelp we recently changed our office VPN connections from IKEv1 aggressive mode to IKEv2 main mode, and I can no longer connect over Shaw Go wifi. Would like to be able to work from the coffee shop! Can you pass this on to your network team?

    @ShawInfo well, thank you for many years of good service. It's shame it'll have to end so ignominiously with such a terrible company as Rogers. @Bell here I come.

    @ShawInfo The last time this happened, we tried to sign up for a business account in hopes of less down time. We were told there are no service guarantees for business accounts. A week's lost wages leaves us with little choice but to seek out other options. #remotework

    @ShawInfo tried to use Shawgo for the last two days. Got a notice for the pin but the pin was never sent to my email. Did it everything correctly (as I dud in the past)
