    @Shawhelp They’re useless - I’ve been trying to get his tv fixed for six weeks and they finally sent a technician - through several calls they never said he needed a new package - I shouldn’t have to deal with them again. Ineffective and inefficient - but I guess y’all are paid by the hour

    @ShawInfo the elderly have limited options to understand or negotiate complex packages and changes to service -fix the problem, provide the service my Dad pays for and stop making life complicated for the elderly who want to watch @CBCNews 😡

    @TELUSsupport I switched to Telus from @ShawInfo based on “better internet”. Have had more issues than ever. Down again today.

    @mcmanus17 @Sportsnet @Shawhelp But the blackout link where you check your postal codes says I should get it and hit that link and blacked out.

    Again @Sportsnet and @Shawhelp I’m in Jasper Alberta and I’m “out of region” for watching Oilers. Sportsnet even says I should get it according to the postal code and blackout link. Fix this.
