    @Shawhelp They’re useless - I’ve been trying to get his tv fixed for six weeks and they finally sent a technician - through several calls they never said he needed a new package - I shouldn’t have to deal with them again. Ineffective and inefficient - but I guess y’all are paid by the hour

    I was a @Shawhelp customer for 5 years, until today. Cancelling my service and going with Telus instead. Don’t use this company for internet services, all you’ll have is regrets and ****** hardware.

    Hey @Shawhelp is this intermittent service here in Coquitlam because of the heat, the fires, or just a fun new feature? Asking for my kids who are trying to do online exams which require the internet access to be consistent.

    @Shawhelp horrible customer service. I’ve been calling Shaw almost everyday for the past 2 weeks and no one has helped. And when I ask for a manager, ppl hang up. May have to change my services.

    So I'm a little behind on my @ShawInfo bill, but at the same time, numbers do not equal. I just found out they have been overcharging me, and now I am mad because it is 50 more than agreed and quite frankly, the service is barely worth our original terms! They want $150 extra!
