@ShawInfo the elderly have limited options to understand or negotiate complex packages and changes to service -fix the problem, provide the service my Dad pays for and stop making life complicated for the elderly who want to watch @CBCNews 😡

@Shawhelp They’re useless - I’ve been trying to get his tv fixed for six weeks and they finally sent a technician - through several calls they never said he needed a new package - I shouldn’t have to deal with them again. Ineffective and inefficient - but I guess y’all are paid by the hour

Seeing quite a few instances of people complaining to @Shawhelp about pixelation and dropping audio. So far here, signal into the modem is good. Signal into the box is good. Said box Actually records the issue. But the problem couldn't possibly be at Shaw's end somewhere.

@mrkaswa @Shawhelp Keep me posted. I'm not sure if it's related but we also have continual, sporadic, brief internet outages that generally appear inconsequential, but are noticeable on Zoom etc. calls. The problem occurs on WiFi and ethernet connected machines. This has occurred over many months.

@tundrascott @Shawhelp Happening to me as well. Reinstalled app, rebooted everything. Other apps are able to cast, just not the ShawTV app, must be a problem with their system.

@Shawhelp Well here’s the thing. The Shaw tech that did come out to repair this problem asked us where the cable ran from the outside box.He had no information where it continued outside. So we are still having issues. Will the next tech bd prepared?

@Shawhelp Tried with my phone and iPad and both gave errors. I'm able to cast YouTube fine but the blue curve app won't cast. I'll try again in a bit.

@Shawhelp so we receive a monthly bill for tv and internet. No service charge for the bill. I receive a bill from ShawMobile a "0$" but wait.. there's a charge of $5 for that zero bill so the bill is for the bill plus 12% tx. Where has common sense gone?
