@Shawhelp They’re useless - I’ve been trying to get his tv fixed for six weeks and they finally sent a technician - through several calls they never said he needed a new package - I shouldn’t have to deal with them again. Ineffective and inefficient - but I guess y’all are paid by the hour

@ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp I had a similar problem in 1998 and until I got a manager in the phone, they didn’t figure out that there was a problem with the buried cable coming to the house. The ran a temp cable from the light pole. Fixed the problem. Then next spring they traced the buried cable.

(sometimes more than once), per instruction from their online service department. This has been going on for well over a month. The TV issues have existed almost the entire time we have had @ShawInfo. I would not recommend @ShawInfo to anybody. Even if the product 2/ #yeg #t8n

I typically refrain from going nuclear about things, but I have had it. If you are customer of Shaw Cable, do yourself a favour and find a different supplier. Their service is worse than horrible. If your time means nothing to you, they are a perfect fit. @Shawhelp
