@Shawhelp They’re useless - I’ve been trying to get his tv fixed for six weeks and they finally sent a technician - through several calls they never said he needed a new package - I shouldn’t have to deal with them again. Ineffective and inefficient - but I guess y’all are paid by the hour

@ShawInfo the elderly have limited options to understand or negotiate complex packages and changes to service -fix the problem, provide the service my Dad pays for and stop making life complicated for the elderly who want to watch @CBCNews 😡

@MrPriceBC I am using @ShawInfo mobile service at the moment & it has been great, but once @RogersMobileCa gets ahold of it. Expect an unpleasant outcome. They will either dismantle the service or the price will double. Ah the Joys of Canadian mobile service. #canada #cellular #Vancouver

@Shawhelp Could you be more transparent. when they get access, will it be quick fix? Work week starts tomorrow, i cannot work without internet. U must know if quick fix after access or completely destroyed and needs several days. I must tell my employer something.

@Shawhelp unbelievable that a day after upgrading my plan the modem no longer works and best support can do is book a technician for Thursday. 5 days without being able to work and also continue paying for the service I'm not getting.
